I'll stay and chat for a bit, but I had a long day of work today and another long day tomorrow. But this is generally the time of night when I get in to bed with my laptop and try and put off going to sleep for as long as possible. But this happened to me last night... everyone disappeared for a while and I was so bored!

Dammit, I leave this forum at like 12:30 am to finallyyyy go to sleep, and as soon as I leave everyone is back to the friend-making without me!! :( I'm headed off to work now, so if you could resume your friendliness in about 8 hours, that would be wonderful. :P

Me too! I was pissed when they didn't have it on the 05 one. I was yelling and my friend thought I was crazy. I said something like, "Are they crazy! 2005 was ALL ABOUT X & Y!!!" And then I stormed out of the room. :P

I just read The Last Summer (of you and me) by Ann Brashares. But I didn't think it was very good. In fact I've read a few books lately that I haven't really liked. If anyone has some recommendations I'd appreciate it. :)

Hey all- I thought I'd hop on this thread because who can say no to having more friends? I've been reading this forum since like 2004 or so but never actually started posting until this year. I have a few friends on here but of course I want more! (does that make me greedy? :P) So far everyone I've met here is incredibly nice, and I really like talking to everyone here! So I'll list some facts about myself as well: My name is Sarah, I live in New York (not the city, I live on Long Island :)). I am 19 years old and i go to college in upstate rural NY, which sometimes I like because I love the snow but sometimes I don't like because I'm so far away from the city! I'm majoring in early childhood education, and I can't wait to be a teacher one day soon! Hmmm what else.... I love love love Coldplay (obviously) and I love things that are funny.:laugh3: I love the tv show The Office and I have a weakness for overly dramatic teen soap operas... like The OC and Gossip Girl. Don't make fun. :P I just really like laughing and being happy in general. :D Add me as well because I'm a nice person (I think... hahaha) and I do want to get to know more people on here!

I saw you as well! After the show when we were waiting in the barricades on the sidewalk waiting in hope that Coldplay would come out that door... I was right up in the front of the barricades across from you, talking with StephBerryman. :D I remember admiring your t-shirt. :)

They didn't bother me... I was pretty far back and a couple of levels up and my view was perfectly clear. They may have been an issue for people on the upper levels on the sides of the stage though. However, they were raised and lowered throughout the show (I think... I was so freaking happy and delirious that night that I could be making that up now). If they blocked anyone's view at all, it would have only been temporary anyway. But they were pretty high up most of the time, so I don't think they got in the way. Maybe someone who had a different perspective of the show would know better?

Haha! I heard that... I must not have been too far from you guys. I was a little bit surprised they didn't do Lovers in Japan because it seems like it's all lined up to be their next big single, but I like that they are trying to get a song like 42 which is different from what people are expecting out there.
