Hey guys, this was probably mentioned in the past 40 pages, but is this song a bit different? Because after the first chorus, Chris goes "Whoooooa" and throughout the song, you can actually hear the 2 distinct voices better... if you get what I mean. Dang, I like this version better! Oh and the video was not bad. Kinda made me dizzy, and I wish they had done something productive to the "Tonight maybe we're gonna run" scene. They were just standing there in the daylight. Anyway, I can't complain too much. I'm just glad they made a video for this song. :D

Yes I did.. in my dreams. I said "hi, how's it going" to Chris and he replied but walked towards his friend who was sitting WAY at the back seats. :( =/ I don't know if I would approach them if I saw them. Actually, I most likely will, but I would have to humiliate myself, lol. Oh well, I don't care though. It's better than not meeting them at all!

12:30 am. Avoiding term paper which is due on Wednesday. It's technically tuesday morning right now. I have to wake up early because this one is a b--tch, but that's because I've wasted all the time I had. I can't concentrate. I suck. I feel like I'm missing out in life... A lot of things. :(

X&Y was the reason I joined this board, so hence I'm part of the X&Y generation. But I recall getting into Coldplay a bit before X&Y hit, but I was not as obsessive. So in real life, I guess I'm from the AROBTTH era. :dance:

Don't get me wrong, I love Yellow, but it's one of those songs that is given more credit than it needs, or it's too popular among celebrities *cough*Britney*cough* OR it's the only known Coldplay song to some. So when random non-CPers think of Coldplay, usually Yellow automatically comes to mind. However, there are other songs just as good, undiscovered by them. It just depends what your definition for overrated is. If I'm being personal, then to me it's not overrated. But generally speaking, it is overrated "out there." Hard to explain, and I'm probably not making any sense. *exhales*

Great thread. GAHHH! I have to finish this research paper on fossil fuels (mind you, 25pgs max, double-spaced with charts and I'm slacking off BAD! Apparently I should be looking at books but I can't find a lot. Stupid uni library, USELESSSS! And the public lib is totally useless too. Hopefully I'll find stuff on the internet... the book thing is at the back of my mind but it keeps BUGGING ME! Oh well. Who cares?

Dude. This is one of my favourite ones on the album. It's very refreshing! How can one not like it? :P Anyway, I think it's: Sleeeeep. Leaving me satisfied? No idea. I wish we knew the lyrics. EDIT: Ok. Does anyone else think that Cemeteries of London should have followed this song because it would blend better? End of CSG becomes dark, just right for CoL.

Every song has its' own original style. Of course, one song will appeal to me at a certain moments of my life. :) But overall, I think the album itself is a package of different emotions.
