Bayern has bought quite a few promising young players this summer, such as Poldi and Lahm. I think Bayern still remains the team to beat in the Bundesliga, even if they've let Balla go. But i'm expecting Bayern to do a better job in the European field, they did quite poorly in the Champions League in the last two seasons. BTW brazzo, you live in Taipei?! I think it's quite difficult for Wal-Mart to catch on in China, for it has entered the Chinese market too late. Metro and Carrefore, its German and French counterparts, are much more familiar to Chinese.

Villeneuve has an innate enthusiasm for racing. He once cheated in a maths exam so that he could come top in the class to meet his mother's strict requirements(He was then very poor at maths)and validly take up his career as a racer. I think Villeneuve is a respectable guy and a fairly good racer, he possesses a strong passion for racing; and I dont think he's been doing F1 as some sort of spare-time job. Since he enjoys racing, i'll cross my fingers for him wherever he goes.

I think it aint that important whether Bono is a hypocrite or not. "Make poverty history", huh, that's much easier said than done! Some guys are still so naive as to believe that several Bonos and Chris' are playing a big part in the "make poverty history" campaign. NO! Poverty is a extremely huge global issue, and it NOT ONLY exists in Africa! Perhaps a century later poverty would still be a very huge problem on the planet! So, IMO arguing about Bono's hypocrisy makes very little sense. Not that i'm pessimistic about the world, but you gotta realize that poverty is far more complicated than you think! At this moment, it's more practical to cross your fingers for those poor ppl in Africa, Asia, Latin America and other parts of the world! And do what you can, though maybe rather faint, to help them!

@Grace: Your attachment is really great! Love that pic! I think it's a lil bit unfair for Rubens. He's a fairly good guy, in terms of racing skill and temper alike. But he had to be under the shadow of Schumi. Schumi's a very great guy, but Rubens has really contributed a great deal to Schumi's huge success! And Massa seems to be the perfect guy to take over the job that Rubens was supposed to do. Schumi seems to be very pleased with Massa. I think everyone has seen him pat Massa on the shoulder at the press conference somewhat like a father said "well done" to his son. But if Kimi and Schumi become teammates, Schumi gotta brace for tough competitions. You better never expect Kimi to give way to Schumi easily.
