Tottenham Hotspur
I don't see how Spurs fans are deluded.... well I am certainly not anyway. I never expect anything incredible from them, but as a supporter of a team, you always cheer them on and hope they do as well as they can! It's what you do when you support any team. It's hard when you have to compete with the super-teams that are funded by absolute billionaires anyway. There are many other teams like Tottenham too that are always in the middle in the premiership, but many arrogant people like you seem to have a vendetta against Tottenham for some unknown reason. :\

The Smiths
Haha...sounds like him alright. He is so funny and grumpy, he was saying a load of stuff last night and sarcastically 'congratulating Kylie Minogue on her MBE for services to music' and the crowd was booing  hehehe He was also saying a load of stuff about burgers equalling 'putting death in your body'..... :uhoh:  gotta love Moz! There are so many Smiths songs that I would looooove to hear. *sigh* oh well.

The Official Glastonbury 2008 thread!!
Oh! You saw Santogold and enjoyed her? YAY! I didn't get to watch all of her, because the people I was with didn't want to stay :bigcry: and we were kind of outside the tent. I might post a few photos of my Glasto too, if you're going to  I'm annoyed I missed Franz Ferdinand!!!! Although, I did see them at another secret gig last Christmas in Leeds

The Smiths
I SAW MORRISSEY THIS EVENING!!!! in Hyde Park. and he was fucking fantastic. :) I'm a big Smiths fan, and sadly, havn't listened to enough of Morrissey's solo stuff, but it was amazing nevertheless. He played ASK, VICAR IN A TUTU and HOW SOON IS NOW (which was incredible)...plus all his solo stuff. The crowd were amazing, and his banter is hilarious but thought provoking. ahhhh. What I would give for a The Smiths reunion..... the songs are too good. Now I have seen Johnny Marr and Morrissey in the same year. :D

Tottenham Hotspur
My whole family are Spurs fans too! Must be something about people from Kent supporting them....hehe! :D I've seen them play about 5 times at White Hart Lane, but that was back in the nineties really, when I was younger. My mum and brother go to watch them loads, and have been to Liverpool and Manchester this season to see them away. They're a team who are always in the middle.... so I was glad we won at Wembley this year. 'mon the Spurs!!!

I know Angie. I turned around at the BBC show, and there was a guy with a Canon SLR in my face pointing at the stage. I could have brought mine along!!!! but I had nowhere to put it if I'd been refused entry with it. I was a bit pissed off..... Brixton, no chance of getting an SLR in there

Thanks Angie.... I am an artiste (well, graphic design, photography and stuff for my uni course, heh) That photo was at a design agency my uni course arranged for us to visit, the guy talking was actually an ex-student who set up the agency in NY :nice: He helped to do the funky psychedelic coke bottle designs (well, Matthew Williamson) if anyone remembers them... :)

Its so strange, when I was visiting New York, I wandered around this area and the road where the stage is set up.....hehe I was taking a photo of the tv studio (dunno why). and then 6 months later, Coldplay are playing in the same street. :cheesy:

That is (one of the only) the good thing about having seats, you know you have your guaranteed spot for the show, leaving the time beforehand open to, say, take a look around the area outside..... :sneaky: I know that I could have had a good chance to meet Jonny at Brixton (Nettie did), but I would have lost my space in the queue, it was a hard one to call! oh well...............

I know how you feel Viri! At Brixton and BBC I was so close, it didn't really feel real! You could see all his little pained concentrating faces, and then his awesome smiley faces too.... haha wow, I sound goofy.

The thread of SHOEGAZE!!
My brothers been playing a lot of the Cure recently, and I've been overhearing....I want to get into them as they sound good :nice: I didn't realise they originated from Crawley..... LMAO! EDIT: I truly love Blonde Redhead! I saw them last November

Faceless 'aliens' spotted in crowd at Wimbledon!!
It would be amazing if they are a celebrity couple, but I think that paparazzis would have cottoned on. My bet is on advertising viral. If not, it's a tad freaky and looks like something out of Dr. Who.

Hot Fuzz
I adore Hot Fuzz.... brilliant in every way!! Simon Pegg, also :wink3: I love Timothy Dalton's character.... "lock me up! I'm a slasher!!!!...........of prices" After the guy stole the biscuits and he didn't press charges, "that's the way the cookie crumbles I'm afraid" :laugh3: cheesy but good. :nice: I love it when the golden statue man is in the dungeons... ahhahahahaha! Also just love the cuts they use, like, similar to Shaun of the Dead. Really fast, quick, slamming things down kinda of shots.

Support bands during the u.k. tour
I love Editors, but don't think it would happen. I really pray that it isn't Chris' brothers band....I heard their myspace before and wasn't impressed at all. I'd love it if they brought Santogold across.....she is awesome. They should get anyone really. I liked it at Brixton that they had the dj guy, it just made it completely different and cool. I'm liking all the music genre crossing at the moment, spices things up a bit.
