Who's the presenter? Sounds like he's busy applying lipstick or something while he's talking :P

Coldplay songs that make you cry out of their sheer beauty
Warning Sign, Gravity, A Message. Lovers in Japan too, but that one is always halfway between tears and joy, it mixes both for me, completely :)

Absolutely not! That is the first and last time I will ever be front row for Coldplay unless it's a seated gig. My mosh pit days were fifteen to twenty years ago :P:cool: Yeah, that was probably it :laugh3:

Yep, it was a glorious day of sunshine, getting rather chilly by the time Coldplay came on due to the lack of cloud cover, it's all further back in this thread :) Um, from your local poster shop? And when I say 'locking eyes' perhaps I over-stated things. I'm shy and kept turning away. Maybe 'longing glances and seductive smiles, like a flower flirting with the honey bee' would be a better way to put it?? Or maybe I just had something funny stuck on my face she just couldn't keep her eyes off :laugh3:

Lovely Greg, glad you had such an amazing time :) Oh, and if anyone is still worried about Muzzy, Debs has got her a ticket for Wembley, so let's hope she has the night of her life (she deserves it!!)

[COMPETITION CLOSED] I have two FREE tickets for Coldplay @ Wembley on 19th September courtesy of Ab
Ian knows just about everything that goes one on this board - after all he is the all-seeing Oracle (oh wait, no he isn't, that's Debs too :P) but he does know what goes on very well. But, if you want to make sure, please PM him. I am sure it is better that he definitely knows. So, the competition still stands I guess!! So kind of Absolute Radio!! So wonderful for the forum courtesy of Ian!! Good luck everybody, see some more of you there on the day!!!

I suggested she write to Debs, and Debs in her infinite kindness has already ensured Muzzy will be going to Wembley (on the Friday I believe) so Muzzy doesn't need these tickets :) :sunny:

Wow, what a wonderful gesture from Absolute Radio, and from the forum to the ticketless :)

It was extremely dodgy, and he fell off on purpose because he wanted some TLC from Joe :laugh3:

Not love! But it's so nice sometimes to exchange lovely glances with sweet individuals at gigs, even if you never get to speak (and especially if they are really cute :cool:) Yah, the confetti tasted poor, but I was so happy to finally accidentally eat some after my siggy for more than one year now :P If anyone else ate some good confetti, please let me know, and what colour it is so I can try a different variety at Wembley

She was about twenty feet to my left, not near any Coldplayers that I recognised. A dark-haired lovely, with a twinkle in her eye, and heaven in her smile :sunny: :( Being 'knighted' with a leaflet is an old Kentish tradition and mark of the second-deepest level of respect, weren't you listening as we toured Leeds Castle?? Of course, the deepest level is awarded with a banana blow to the bonce, but you didn't quite deserve that, so it stayed 'holstered' in my pocket :laugh3:

Major train stations? You can at Victoria Station (at least, they still have signs up for a 'left luggage' area even after all the added security worries).

Aw, she was so cute, but not much way of talking to her *sigh* oh well, I always have your company to fall back on Chris  I wasn't going to mention today's monkey business (Chris falling off the aforementioned swing) because of my deep respect for you as a person, but I guess now the story is out there I can flog the pictures on ebay :P

Still have one spare ticket for this gig. Just a reminder because I'd rather it went to someone on here than anywhere else, but I'll be selling it somewhere else tomorrow if there are no takers here. PM if interested :)

Probably, lol. Btw I just spent the day with Chris and Joe, and Chris is fuming about all the pics and talk of him and his lipstick :laugh3: Oh, also forgot to say before that there was a lovely black-haired lady to the left of the stage in the front row that I kept locking eyes with  Whoever she is, if there's a chance she posts here, I was the skinny, tired-looking chap in the sky blue t-shirt. I also blow you a  because I wanted to in real life but am just too shy

No, Chris was pouring with sweat as soon as they took to the stage, and almost all the lights were off then. It was chilly by then too. Thanks a lot for that Debs, great to know there's no real cause for concern with Chris, I had been really worried about him :) I'm sure that even though it was nothing serious as you say all was not right. Up close from front row he looked really uncomfortable to me, and I've never heard his voice like that. Perhaps though as the Vivacrew ladies said afterwards that they thought he was in 'normal-ish' condition I was just lucky with the four gigs I saw last year when he sang as well as he ever has, and had loads of energy, and lots of interaction with people in the front rows. I guess that must just be what such a punishing schedule does for you? To be honest I have no idea how he does it. But being selfish I do hope he's more rested, looking happier, and has more energy for Wembley :)
