  1. How old is Phil's child? Bit I can't remember if he had a boy or a girl.
  2. I can't watch him for more than 5 minutes. He really bugs me for some reason.
  3. I was trying to see by the check in counter in the background exactly where they were at LAX - if they were at the international terminal, but it's not clear enough for me to see... Back to London via NYC maybe?
  4. No problem. The paps have plenty of public and "legitimate" opportunities for photos - let a 7 year old have his darn birthday party in peace!
  5. No I know that. Just meant, it's not like it's a super interesting massive blow out party. Just a kid's birthday party, which shouldn't really draw much attention. I suppose the LA paps have gotten bored with the "usual" stars here and since the Martin-Paltrow family is fairly new here, they're "fresh meat" so to speak...But really, stars are a freaking dime a dozen around here, so I just don't get the big deal... I've seen many famous people, just out and about, and have let them be. I don't usually get star struck, but I must admit, if I saw Chris or Ed Sheeran (I think he's darling) out and about, I might not be able to control myself.
  6. Ok, so I looked at the pictures. Just a normal Saturday backyard party BUT did you see they had a "graffiti wall" set up??? LOVE that
  7. Welcome back, Kelly!
  8. No, he plays a standard guitar.
  9. My husband is left handed too, but throws left handed. He plays gollf, tennis and guitar right handed. Lefties are weird...
  10. He writes left handed, but throws right?
  11. And I bet that is *really* hard sometimes.... :laugh3:
  12. You know, I get tired of people saying how hard marriage is and how much work it is. I've been married almost 25 years (next January) , and we dated for 3 yeara before that and personally, it hasn't been difficult to be married and we have never had to "work" at our relationship. We've had challenges we've had to face but nothing that would affect our marriage or come between us. It hasn't been hard for us to be married. For us, it just is.
  13. Looks like they were at the Santa Monica Pier today - the kids scored with the stuffed animals!
  14. There was a group of fans who went to many shows, especially festivals, around europe and the US. They pretty much almost always made it to the front row. They shipped around a flag between them that said "Our :heart:s beat for Coldplay." so the band saw the flag many times. Lynne was one of thise fans and she showed Chris a photo of the flag on her phone. That's why he wrote it. And it looks like it says Coldplay under the Chris.
  15. http://www.starpulse.com/events/22884/0/1/Gwyneth+Paltrow+%27It%27s+All+Good%3A+Delicious%2C+Easy+Recipes+That+Will+Make+You+Look+Good+and+Feel+Great%27+Book+Signing+/1/ http://www.starpulse.com/events/22884/0/11/Gwyneth+Paltrow+%27It%27s+All+Good%3A+Delicious%2C+Easy+Recipes+That+Will+Make+You+Look+Good+and+Feel+Great%27+Book+Signing+/1/ From the book signing. Yes I know this is the Chris thread, but that's my friend Lynne, who met Chris and there are photos of the page he signed in her cookbook.
  16. I didn't go but a friend of mine went. Huge huge fan and she saw Chris in another part if the store. After Gwyneth signed her book, she went over and spoke with Chris for a minute. And he gave her a hug and signed her book. She did not get a photo with him. Now I'm really tempted to go to the signing in Beverly Hills tomorrow. But I wonder if Chris and the kids will be there. It's at Williams Sonoma, a cooking store, and not a bookstore. It's a long drive and will be take all day, especially if they do wristbands like at Barnes and Noble...
  17. He was at the book signing today with the kids, and you'll NEVER guess what he was wearing... Ready? Wait for it... Ok, I'll spill it... Or I could just continue to make you wonder...
  18. That's it! Thank you so much!
  19. I'm trying to find a picture of the tattoo that some guy had on his leg, calf, I think. It's Chris's face, and it pretty took up his whole calf area. Does anyone know the one I'm talking about? If you have a link, that'd be awesome! Thanks!
  20. This is from the hills above LA, looks like it could be behind their new home.
  21. I LOVE this reply from the Oracle. I feel so much the same way she does about aging. And I also have friends half my age, because we share the same interests. And not long ago, I asked someone who I didn't know that well, and who didn't know the ages of my children, how old she thought I was. She guessed that I was 12 years younger than I actually am. That made me feel good, because I sure as hell don't feel as old as I really am...
  22. Or you will find yourself taking your then 4 year old to her first concert, the Wiggles, and not only singing along, but doing the "dances" and hand movements, too. Then when your child turns 11-12-13, you will, no matter how painful, take her to see the future Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, One Direction, and yes, even Bieber (TWICE). Because that's exactly what your mom did when you were 12-13. And your daughter AND her friends will think you're the best for doing it. Because no matter how hard you try to expose your child to "your" type of music, they will still adore the teen-idols-du-jour. And just for the record, all of my kids have been to at least one Coldplay concert, too :)
  23. Such a nice story. I'm so glad you were able to run into him a second time :)

Wow! Sounds awesome!! I can't wait! Yet another genre for them to explore. This will be the best album yet, I can feel it.
  25. Oh man. I absolute LOVE this picture of them. They look so so happy. And look how they're holding the statue. :bomb::bomb::bomb::heart::heart::heart:
