  1. Anyone notice he's not wearing rings on his left hand, but on his right? Maybe it's for the video, but I'm thinking maybe not… But damn, he is looking very fine. I've always loved their story videos...
  2. He told the crowd at the show on Sunday that Ghost Stories was very personal to him, and now, as we all know, it makes sense. I don't know how he did it, but he is the ultimate professional, and put on a fabulous show. His interaction with the crowd was phenomenal - I've never seen him that interactive before, and I know he could totally feel the love there.
  3. Coldplay played Fix You at every show this past weekend. Sunday afternoon, when Chris called all of us to the stage, I swear it felt like a campfire sing-along, with 600 people standing in a circle belting out "Lights will guide you home…" It was a powerful moment, that's for sure... I don't know how he held it together...
  4. Now these take on a whole different meaning... Always In My Head lyrics I think of you I haven't slept I think I do But I don't forget My body moves Goes where I will But though I try my heart stays still It never moves Just won't be left So my mouth waters, to be fed And you're always in my head You're always in my head You're always in my head You're always in my head You're always in my head Always in my... You're always in my... This, I guess, is to tell you you're chosen out from the rest.. And Another's Arms lyrics Late night watching TV, used to be you here beside me, used to be your arms around me, your body on my body. When the pain just rips right through me, Another's arms, another's arms, When the world means nothing to me, Another's arms, another's arms, Late night watching TV, used to be you here beside me, Is there someone there to reach me? someone there to find me... When the world just splits right through me, Another's arms, another's arms, It's just torture to me, Another's arms, another's arms, Got to pull yourself into me, Another's arms, another's arms, Love means nothing to me, Another's arms, another's arms... Got to pull yourself into me, Another's arms, another's arms, Pull yourself right through me, Another's arms, another's arms, Late night watching TV, wish that you were here beside me, wish that your arms were around me, your body on my body.
  5. His and her houses. But damn, now I'm racking my brain to remember the songs from Ghost Stories now. He did say that the album was "very personal." :( I'm sad, nonetheless...
  6. Oh this makes me so sad :( She was at the show Saturday night with the kids.
  7. Seeing Chris perform Midnight sitting on the stage 5 feet in front of me made me love it even more. He played his own laser harp and it was beautiful. Definitely a highlight for me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. And I will throw in the wrapper from my cookie. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I know. I would have loved a poster. They were cool. But the buttons were a give away to everyone Friday and Saturday, not Sunday. I wonder if people think the signatures are real and not copies. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. This makes me sad. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. We wanted to take one so badly. Problem is they are mounted on wood and it we couldn't transport in our car. They were huge - like 5 feet x 3 feet. They were all over the waiting area and between the garage and sound stage. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Sorry ladies. I actually lost count of how many times Chris wiped his face with the bottom of his tshirt this weekend. Let's just say he is very fine and toned and flexible too. Omg. And he blew me a kiss after Midnight because I was sitting about 5 feet in front of him. I would have had the best pictures but oh well. It was nice to just take in the show and not be distracted by phones or screens. Can't wait for the DVD/nbc show. You will all die. Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Best shows ever. Will was freaking hot this weekend. I sat right by him, round stage and was probably 5 feet away. He is very fit. Damn. And I was about a foot away from him for Viva because we could come up to the stage. He was banging the shit out of those drums. The room was so small, no drum mics needed. I can't tell you how badly I wanted his viva mallet but I was good and didn't take it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. You know, it sounds *kind of* like Sky Full of Stars, but the full song isn't as synthy. And that was just a very bit of it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Jonny rocked that piano, didn't he? Oh, I want a do-over... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I'm also hoping they are testing the in-the-round concept. It would be awesome if they could adapt it to arenas. While I would love nothing more than to have every future show similar to this weekends, I don't think it's plausible for an actual tour. The cost plus demand wouldn't make sense. But if they could bring the concept to arenas, lower the ceiling, to create intimacy, it might work. But for now, I'm just grateful I was there to experience the magic of these shows. I met some awesome Coldplayers and other fans, and I was impressed with 1iotas staff. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Tickets to today's show were a bargain, I thought. $100? Deal of the century. But I think charging for tickets weeded out the casual/not really fans. It wasn't super easy to get these tickets, it was a lot of luck because of such a limited supply. That said, though, apparently there was some sort of Citi Pre Party you could buy tickets for? I didn't hear about that until today, only 70 people had those. And believe it or not, before the show, they had to remove some extra seats so they weren't empty. No shows? I don't know. We spoke with almost everyone in our row and every single person there were huge fans who had seen Coldplay multiple times. 16, 18, 11, 5... And one guy we had been taking in line to had seen Coldplay at Bimbos 365 in San Francisco in like 2002. One girl had seen them 3 times in 6 days, driving the length of California. Those were the type of fans there today. I don't know of Chris "felt" that type of devotion, but the fans were into it. One of the 1iota reps said they had over 25,000 requests for tickets to the shows. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Erick and I when we met Chris. Super nice guy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. It's also the "confetti" song, and they always do the confetti during upbeat happy songs...
  20. No! Just upbeat, happy, makes you want to stand up and dance. Starts off slower and builds until you just can't stay still. Not like club-y at all.
  21. Awesome awesome song. Dance song. Fun fun and definitely one of my favorites on the album. Starts of kind of slow and builds until it's one big party.

I've heard Ink, and that clip is definitely not it.
  23. LFDianne replied to Tash's topic in Ink
I've heard it twice in the last 2 days :) Definitely about tattoos. Fastish paced upbeat song. Loved it.
  24. Erick, I'm still trying to process what happened today. Really the best thing ever, and I'm SO glad we were all there!
