my god, i hope they are. im first and foremost a beatle freak, and if they were coldplay fans, i would die happy. i know chris has met paul from live 8 last summer...they were both there.

^drivers ed seems to be a great breeding ground for coldplay-related experiences. ive had two in the past two days!

the world turned upside down that way

in most pictures ive seen, will also wears adidias sneakers, but lots of different styles. jonny seems to wear black converse chuck taylors a lot, but not on this past tour, mostlly for photo shoots, ive noticed. i love how their "uniform" commits the major faux pas of white sneakers with black! theyre so cute and geeky. apparently its a tribute to kraftwerk? when i went to my second coldplay concert i wore my chris martin-ish black jacket, black cargo pants, and my white adidas superstar sneakers!! i love having an in-joke with myself. chris used to wear these black, work book-looking type shoes on previous tours. i bet the adidas are much more comfortable. theyre my #1 shoe brand, and they have been even before i found coldplay. suprised they get them for free, though.

my drivers ed class is full of coldplay references! today we were going over signs and those yellow diamond ones are officially called warning signs, so my teacher kept saying "warning sign" over and over, which is my favorite coldplay song. no one else seemed to find this very funny, but i did. i also find it interesting that those signs are yellow! this is the kind of warning sign i'd like to see... or better yet: :laugh3:

YESSSS! this date is what i was hoping for! hopefully it'll stick to that date and not be any later! itll brighten up my ocotber/november...i have to do college apps and i hear back from my #1 choice!

haha, i do this all the time! before i got really into coldplay i was (and still am) a huge beatles fan, and my mom screamed Paul McCartney was on the TV and i RAN into the room, running into the wall and breaking two of my toes in the process! oh my god, i love that too. today in drivers ed we were talking solely about seatbelts and i kept humming "the scientist" because it reminded me so much of the video. i got really sad.

the scientist went to drivers ed and talked about seatbelts the whole time...made me think of "the scientist" video. and radiohead's "airbag".

^hahaha, yes! oh my god, id DIE if there was a coldplay cribs. chris would be hilarious. i dont think hed ever do it though. today i was in wal-mart, flipping through the CDs, and i came across something called "COLDPLAY X&Y: SOUTH ASIA LIVE" that was an audio CD AND a DVD. i absolutely freaked out, trying not to cause too much of a scene, because i never heard of it. but then i discovered all it was was a special edition of X&Y, and on the DVD was an audio-only section of all the b-sides from the singles, and there were about 4 or 5 songs performed live on the DVD (like, with video). i didnt end up buying it because i already have 90% of what was on there, but ill probably end up going back and buying it for the footage of the 4 songs live. to last me until the toronto DVD, anyway.

+absolutely brilliant music and feeling and build up, and the final verse with just chris singing lower gets me every time - the lyrics arent the most brilliant theyve ever done, but they work really well with the song see you soon <3

if chris was that close to me, id absolutely die. i didnt see any of the guys after my concert, but i did see gwyneth at my first one. she was behind the stage, looking on (my seat was waaaaay on the side, but really close, and i could see just a little bit of the entrance to the stage) sorry, thats not that thrilling.
