im not a huge fan of HYSTW at all...i think "the world turned upside down" is totally underrated, so that would be my first pick to go on. then "sleeping sun", most def. and then "proof". and i WISH "ladder to the sun". that almost went on there, so i figure a studio version has to exist in the coldplay vault somewhere. how i wish they'd release it. i cant WAIT for the next album tho. think about all the COMPLETELY NEW STUFF!!

half of me is really upset about the possiblity of no pianos on the next album, but the other half is confident that whatever they come out with will be decent, at least. i really dont think theres any way ill hate whatever they come out with, and ill always love their old stuff and who they are as people. but i do have to say that i will HIGHLY miss their pianos, since thats what made me fall in love with them in the first place, and i dont think they'll ever be as popular if they ditch the pianos. but i LOVE sleeping sun, so if theyre going in a direction like that, ill be happy (as long as its not too country). change is good to an extent, but i think they need to stay true to who they are and were, even if its just the slightest bit. and PLEASE no hip hop! ah, no!! but how much do you want to bet that these are rumors that they put out to get reporters to shut up? i think thats a likely possibility. and if they already have the 4th album written, then i have confidence in them, because lots of the stuff theyve tested on audiences is AMAZING IMO, and im thinking whatever they have may be similar

Oh, Moses. When I first heard it, I was like OH NO, its kinda...hard to live up to a name like that, but now I think its actually ok, and I've heard of people being named that before. I really think its cute, now, actually. Congrats to Chris and Gwyneth!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm gonna go jam out to "Moses" as a celebration. I still kinda liked Sophocles, though. Ah well. I just wish the name didnt have so much...connotation. Its almost like naming a kid GOD or JESUS.

Ive had about 4 dreams with them, but i dont remember any specifics. :cry: i just know they were there. but i do know my math teacher was with them in one, and my math teacher is really really really cool, but...sooo not coldplay material. i remember laughing when i woke up, but then i forgot most of it.

its the beatles version 100%, the same mix and everything. thats their signal to come onstage, and im glad they picked such an amazing song to be their cue. i actually kinda got into coldplay because of the beatles (im probably the biggest beatle geek that walked the planet). i heard that "the scientist" was based on george harrison's "isnt it a pity" so i checked it out (my mom had AROBTTH and i knew clocks and that was pretty much it) and then the whole album...and the rest is history. i really totally fell in love last march/april (whenever the SoS video came out), and there were all these good beatle omens at my first coldplay concert right after i was just really becoming obsessed, so i kinda got their permission to become obsessed with another band just as much as them. well. now that we know im a HUGE lameo...

Does anyone have a photo of Chris with his braces a long time ago?? Does one even EXIST that we can get our hands on? I've never seen one, and I'm dying to. That goes the same for pics of Chris with the wild hair he had around the same time. But I realllllllly want a braces photo. Can anyone help out?:D

top 3 music vids: 1. the scientist 2. speed of sound 3. shiver I love the shiver vid because its soo obviously their first vid and theyre so young. chris seems pretty shy for the whole first half, not looking straight at the camera once, just looking down and at the other guys, but then he seems to get more comfortable and braver and looks right at the camera and has so much more fun with it...oh! when he looks directly into the camera for the first time i just die... :heart: and SoS is so colorful and creative, and theyre really giving it their all...best performance vid ever and the scientist is so heartbreaking and brilliant... i love them all!

How come chris always wears the same exact shirt?? it has a HUGE rip in the armpit, and he's been wearing it for months. He wore it to the Grammys too (I think it was the grammys...no wait, it may have been the MTV VMAs...yeah that sounds right). I kinda wanna buy him a new one. Well, he might rip all his shirts in the same place, but I'm pretty sure its the same one...we should all pitch in and buy him one

oh, i forgot, Jonny had a SOLO SINGING PART. The second verse of "don't panic". Chris said it was for the first time in CT, but I'd never heard of him doing that ANYWHERE, so I freaked out. He seemed really shy and looked like he was going to wet his pants, but he was great!! Unfortunately, his voice is so low that he was really really hard to hear, but I have it on video. If I ever figure out how to post it, I will.

oh, it was AMAZING, BRILLIANT, and WONDERFUL. The girl on stage cracked me up, however jealous I was, but it seemed to take her a while to realize she was being made fun of, because she just kept talking on the phone while she was sitting on the beanbag on stage. Oy vey... But Will helped her up onto the stage himself, not a roadie or security guard, but WILL. He just leaned over and lifted her up...Oh, how I would die. If I knew how to post pics/vids I would...maybe I'll mess around with it later. My only wish is that the camera I borrowed from my friend had a better zoom (all my cameras are too professional to be allowed in, dammit...sometimes being a photographer makes it HARDER to take photos). Oh, and my other wish was that the top tier of seats (upper section) was connected to the lower level by a staircase, because I bet Chris would have come all the way up if he could have...and there was a whole bunch of empty seats next to me and a great place dead-center for him to sing off of...well, I would have jumped him and gotten arrested, but still. I wish....

I like his hair now a lot, but it is on the verge of getting out of control IMO. Those photos on page 2 are soooooooo hottt...his hair looked GREAT then, but i like it just a litttttttle bit longer. But I pray he never shaves it again...that was painful.
