most songs make me think of all the potential music videos i have in my head for them!! (i want to go to film school, maybe). yellow makes me think of stars at night and our big end-of-the-year pool party for our whole grade at my friends estate and the love i have for all of them. all the rest of the coldplay songs, especailly the ones on PARACHUTES, remind me of farms, because i went on a road trip to rural Maine the day after seeing them in concert and i had their whole catalog of music on random for literally 24 hours of driving!! green eyes makes me think of my best friend (who i also have a slight crush on). if i think of any more specific ones, ill post them.

yellow, all the time. well, not everytime i listen to it or anything, i have to be alone and in the right mood and all, but ive cried to it all the time. it makes me think of my friends and my grade so much...we all have the best relationship that we'll have to leave because of college next year and its going to be awful, and since yellow was written for love like friendship-love, not romantic-love like almost every other song in the universe, it really clicks. over the summer, i miss all my classmates (theyre all my friends...its really a huge family- i go to a TINY school), i play yellow and look up at the stars and i cry. never fails in the right atmosphere. ive also cried to the scientist (coupled with the video), warning sign, proof, and amsterdam in the past, but i have a special liking for yellow. oh, and see you soon more often than not.

does anyone happen to have the photo of chris holding apple in the most recent issue of people mag? its in the moses article, and i realllllly want that picture (chris looks quite nice). can someone scan it if they have it? otherwise ill have to buy the mag.

the scientist currently... ironic that i was up all night last night doing a chem lab and all i could think of was "questions of science, science and progress..." and SHIVER, SLEEPING SUN, IMP...and my other usual faves.

for some COMPLETELY strange reason, my history teacher slightly reminds me of chris. hes not a dead-ringer by ANY stretch of the imagination, but they have the same coloring and the same color eyes. but my hist. teacher is completely bald, 6'6" and pretty scary.

yellow for me. ill cry buckets if im in the right mod, especially late at night alone in my room. ive been going to the same very small school all my life with more or less the same people for 12 years now, so it basically IS my family. our grade has the best relationship in the world, so i basically have 39 brothers and sisters. we're all going to graduate next year, and its getting closer and closer. i SOB at this song, because chris said its about love like devotion/friendship love, not romantic love, and thats EXACTLY how i feel about everyone in my grade. this is my second-fave song ever written.

YES. this is my favorite song EVER WRITTEN, with yellow in a close second, but YES, 100% agree. its even sorta coldplay-ish (sorta) and chris could SOOO pull off the organ solo with his piano. but basically anything by the beatles or U2.

lordy, i want that jacket like no other, but ~388 euros? MORE in USD?? shite, no way. i have a somewhat similar one that i got at ann taylor several years ago. what i mean by similar is that its black and has the same sort of collar. i call it my "chris jacket" though, and i wear it to all coldplay concerts.

OMG, me too!!!!!!! i do that EVERY TIME!! i even hummed it once and my best friend turned to me and was like "what the HELL" (hes not a coldplay kinda guy...)
