WE GOT HUNTING BEARS and STREET SPIRIT FUCK YEAH We were also rained on, bitten by mosquitoes, nearly crushed by a drunken guy who got pulled out when RH came on stage but what the hey. I got centre rail and it was FANTASTIC. Got to hear lots of songs I hadn't heard live yet, too. :nice:

Which makes me think... The Bends, OKC.... KABOOOM. Also, I like some of The XX's stuff but the rest is boring.

I only started appreciating The Debt Collector a while ago but I've always loved Far Out and To the End. I guess everyone's different. As for not liking Parklife that much... do you think the place you live and the year you were born in could be big factors in whether you'll like the album or not? Parklife's definitely about a certain period (ie the 1990s) and it might be just a bit too specific in its references to the UK.

Sigur Rós
I've no idea :bigcry: At least it's easier to travel during the week as there are more options. I can't remember which song I hear first but maybe it was Vaka. :wacky: Didn't know that about AF. Interesting news, I hope they'll play somewhere close to us.

Sigur Rós
Oh I see. They didn't play their own show here, either... it was a tiny tiny festival thing with three acts, Sigur Rós being the headliners. They did bring their own lights and loudspeakers etc. so it wasn't bad. Hopefully they'll come back to the US soonish so that you'll get to see them, too.

You should've gone, too :bigcry: But I understand it was hard to swing it because it was a work/school day. Vidrar is my favourite song, too! And it was so strange when they played Glósóli... people shouted in approval and I was baffled as I didn't know people knew that song. :laugh3: Are Arcade Fire doing any shows next year? :surprised: Did you miss them when they were there? I think they'll come back when they tour the next album or whatever they decide to do. It doesn't look like they'll stop. :nice:

Hello. Just came here to say that last night's concert was really fucking awesome. I loved the songs and ahhh everyone loved being there on the stage and they were happy to put on a great show. I loved the projections and those little lights on the stage and just about everything. Jónsi's voice was perfect and I loved his long note thing, it was absolutely amazing. Oh boyyyyyyyyy. I got the setlist, too. :nice:
