I'm going to try to get front row tickets for when they play here again. My mother just informed me we got our money back. That makes it official to me. Damn.

Boston is an awesome song, but I prefer a few others. I like Wasteland and California's Burning and Sunday Best... and Lonely People... and pretty much the whole album is fantastic. My friends went to the Goo Goo Dolls and Counting Crows concert and they just missed Augustana... one of my friends was really pissed off! Lol! I've also met their bassist. He's so sweet. :]

Well, my mom had to deal with some woman who locked herself in her house with her cats. Apparently, it smelled so bad no one could step foot in the house, and when my mom treated her, she had to leave all the windows and doors open and her office stank for a long time afterwards. Kind of sad, really.

I've had enough. Look, I'm all for freedom of speech and junk, but if it gets to the point where an open forum of opinion turns borderline violent, it's time to stop. You two are obviously outnumbered and if you ask me, no one is going to believe you any time soon. But the same goes for us. Just like they refuse to be swayed by our facts, so do we refuse to be swayed by theirs. We could argue until we're blue in the face but the Holocaust deniers will still believe the Holocaust never existed and we'll still believe it did. What's the point in arguing?

No, no, I agree with you. They can make my emotions fluctuate in a good way. I listen to them to set the mood for writing or art... or when I'm being a Sims nerd and making videos (>>;; ) so I totally agree. :D

The only smallish band I've seen was Augustana, but I don't quite know how much those tickets cost so... but if I can get my paws on some, I will definitely go for them. I'm now THRILLED for the Snow Patrol/Augustana show... we have GA on the ground level! Yesssss!!

I can imagine that! It'd be like Disneyland's Space Mountain, only with wilder turns and music like High Speed and Speed of Sound in the background, and at the end, one of those cheesy cardboard cutouts of the band used solely for tourists to take pictures of! :laugh3:

I hope to get more GA tix. Are they expensive, though? I'd think they would be. :c When I saw Coldplay at the Key, there wasn't really any GA. There was floor seating, which is the same thing that happened at Simon and Garfunkel, but as far as I know, no standing. Concert security always blows. They took away my signs one time! I was so pissed off...
