I haven't been around, but I have news. I saw these guys for the third time on January 13th and met their bassist for the second time. The best part is he recognized me (I'd been saying hello to him all evening whenever I could. XD). Every time I see them it makes me like them all the more. They throw some of the best concerts ever. I posted some videos of the concert on my YouTube account. I have two more I have yet to post. Enjoy! <3

I would be distressed if it was purgatory. I think that Dharma is still conducting a science experiment, you know, about human behavior when trapped on an island, à la Lord of the Flies sort of thing: how lack of civilization can turn a group of people insane. Either that or it's some sort of bizarre colonization project. Or maybe they're in outer space.

It is SPECTACULAR live. In our show they had a cool poem reading beforehand. It was amazing.

Hello folks! I got a Nikon Coolpix S7c model camera for Xmas 2006, and it served its purpose until I dropped it (and God knows I feel terrible about it, I cried when I did because I guard the damn thing and never let anyone touch it and then I drop it on accident!) and now when I turn it on, it seems to be functional except... the lens doesn't take anything in. The screen is still alive and working, but the lens doesn't show any images. It's just black. I can still view pictures, but every time I take a new one, it's just black. I'd really like a solution to fixing this. I'm mortified of telling my parents because they'd probably butcher me, since I broke my last camera, by dropping it. Is it repairable? And if not, since it's less than a month old, is it possible to return it? I'd love any kind of response. If it's not repairable, I'm going to tell my parents that it stopped working one day, and see where that gets me. Thanks in advance!

I loved Tom's energy at our show. It really pumped me up. I mean, I know you can't dance, but I think what he wanted was to hear the crowd singing along as loud as possible. I dunno, I like energetic, cute guys with singing voices. Hence why I have such a massive fangirl crush on Tom Chaplin. XD

Hey guys! I just got back from the Seattle concert. Wow! They were spectacular live! And Tom is just amazing. This concert didn't help my crush on him ease at all. XD Anyway, me being the silly fool I am, what with school tomorrow (and a play! D:) I didn't pick up one of the CDs if they were there. If anyone here HAS this CD, would you be so kind as to send it to me? If not, I'll have to scour eBay or something... Thanks in advance. :] And btw, if you want the setlist, I'll hook you up.

Chris: was it weird to see your first music video and/or hear your first single out on the airwaves? Does this feeling disappear over time, or is it still awkward in a funny way? My question is really bad but I couldn't think of anything else.

I completely agree with Sam's Town. They changed too much in too short a time, and I was never a Bruce Springsteen fan to begin with. I have no idea where all the hubub comes from. Other than that, though... all the albums I've bought I've really enjoyed.

Thanks for the exclusive!! I liked the Bad Dream video. Kind of trippy in a minimalist way... though I think Tim and Richard should have been in there... although, and maybe I'm looking too deeply into this, it looked like it could've been about Tom's struggle. Like, he starts in the dark, pre-fame, and then the white becomes fame, and the black he enters at the end could be drugs again? Any thoughts? Just an interpretation. The song fits quite well, in any case... and fit very well for being the first song I heard today, considering I had a nightmare last night. XD

I have no doubt that Tom has support from all angles. He's got loving fans (like us! 8D) and some fantastic friends (dude, I would love to be friends with all three of 'em... they all seem like they'd be really amazing to be friends with) and scores of good vibes from everyone at the moment. He'll get past it. All problems are temporary. :)

That's actually depressing. Maybe by "control" he means quitting... you never know with word choice. However, I think Tim was saying more that all bands have troubles. It may have to deal a fair amount with Tom's problem, but I have faith in the three of them, I know they'll pull through.

Oh my god, I found out this morning on KWN and almost crapped my pants. We got tix for the Seattle show. It's the day before opening night of the play, but I DON'T CARE. I CAN'T WAIT. :dance: I'm even going to stay afterwards and try to meet them... give them my support and all. 8D

BSP is great, very different. They wrote one of the saddest songs I've ever heard. Can't wait for their new album...
