This is all happening too fast!! :bigcry: College applications, ordering my cap and gown, and I turn 18 in a few months. I want to be an adult and do whatever I want, and yet I'm not ready for any real responsibility. I'm independent, but I'm not ready to be completely independent! I think I have a Peter Pan complex. I wanna be 10 again. :bigcry:

This is random, but it's amazing how much more you appreciate the weekend when you're back in school. Over the summer it feels like every day is the weekend but once you start school it's like, "Damn, is it Friday yet?!"

What do you do when you have trouble sleeping? I usually drink something warm, like tea or hot chocolate, that seems to help. But lately I have a lot on my mind and I can't sleep. I can't seem to turn my brain off. :confused: Got any tips?

Last night did seem a little cheesy, with the futuristic setting and the hokey 'go out and vote!' message from the judges. So does anyone have favorites yet? My favorites so far are Isis [the transgender], Elina, Analeigh, Sheena, and Mckey. They are awesome! And what does everyone think of Isis? Do you think she can make it far in the competition?

I fallen asleep in cars during long drives and on the couch. I actually don't like falling asleep on the couch because I wake up with a pain in my neck. The weirdest place I've slept was at my friends house. Me and two of my other friends locked ourselves in her guest room [the party/sleepover was getting out of hand, long story] and I fell asleep on the floor with my back between a bookshelf and the door. *Edit* I've also fallen asleep in a hospital waiting room. That was funny because when I woke up my mom was like, "Oh, your cheeks are piiiink! :nice:" I also fall asleep riding trains. Whenever I'm in a moving vehicle I fall asleep. And in French class while watching Casablanca. I had that class D bell, which is the longest bell of the day [it's a little over an hour and the other classes are 45 minutes] and that was hands-down the best sleep I've ever had. :P

I've been in school for about a week and it's so exhausting. I'm ready to graduate [i'm a senior] I loooove my new french teacher, he is awesome. He like forces us to speak in french and he thinks outside of the box. I love it. :D And my AP Gov teacher is hilarious, although I did get a 70 on our first test. :confused: A lot of people got 70s, and this girl asked if we would get a curve and he was like, "Why would I reward collective failure?" and I laughed in spite of myself. AND DON'T USE WIKIPEDIA!!! My AP Gov teacher goes and puts in WRONG information and makes it look all official, so don't use it!! :P

I was flipping through channels and 'Malcolm in the Middle' was on. And he was talking to this girl he likes and he said, "Yeah, we have so much in common! You like grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches...I wouldn't be surprised if you were a big Coldplay fan too." And I was shocked. I was not expecting that. But yeah, the girl thought he was stalking her. :P And my friend started a fair trade club at school! :D So I showed her some of the websites Coldplay list on their album jackets. *Edit* And the same friend said that 'Strawberry Swing' reminds her of me, and that's my favorite off of VLVODAAHF!
