Has anyone noticed "Chinese Sleep Chant" on the bottom right of this picture? This means that this is a confirmed track for the new album I'm guessing! EDIT: also "Death and all this friends" in the centre!! ANOTHER EDIT: Also notice the 28/02/08 thumbnail with says forty two!

Yeah im noticing that... maybe these were designed a few months ago and coldplay decided to push back the release of info, i don't know. I do NOT want any delays.

Yes they should, I would be fairly shocked if they decide to pocket it all. It would go against all the causes they support, and it's not like they need the money anyway - the amount they're getting paid is overkill and at the moment I can't help thinking that they might have been persuaded solely by the huge sum of money involved. Lets hope they make a public announcement of their donation and prove me wrong.

Long answer: I would download it without even thinking about it, but I kind of hope that it doesn't leak so that when I go and by the physical CD itself, I can slip it into my computer, put headphones on, and it will all be completely fresh. I did that with Keane's Under The Iron Sea and it was a great feeling. Although thats not one of the best albums out there, its one of the only CD's I've ever bought, that I own a physical copy of. And if it does leak, I want it to be near perfect if not perfect quality. I remember when X&Y leaked the quality was fairly poor and it sort of ruined the experience. I want to listen to it as it was intended by the band. And I'll be buying this new album on the day of release (if I can) anyway. Short answer: YES.

That's ok, I like dealing with long posts. It just gets a little... difficult to take in after 4 in the morning :laugh1: Yeah the UK would be a little too ambitious for a first time living independantly, I admit. Goodness, I would never have the guts to move out of this country during the next few years at uni, but its great that you're considering coming over here for a year or two! That would be great :nice: There are alot of decent film / multimedia courses/ colleges here, but you need to know where to look... I'll go into that another time hopefully. And I do like the system here, a few blips here and there that i think should be ironed out, but apart from that I feel its unfair to complain abut it. the fact im doing the course im doing now is proof that I should really be happy with the system as it is - and to a certain degree I am. We're expecting an announcement within the next few weeks though.

Wow, thats alot to take in. Well having read through it a couple of times i think I'm getting the idea behind the way the education system works for you. Not letting you decide what you want to do until your second year? Goodness. And I thought I had it bad in sixth form last year (having to do biology and french which i got absolutely sick of). I can totally understand why you're frustrated with your college - russian literature and the sciences sound like a real drag. It seems as if it works very differently than it does here... After A Levels, you can virtually do anything you want, assuming you meet the requirements of the course of your choice. There are a few modules on this one I'd rather live without (Maths for multimedia) but really I should count myself lucky that I get to do whaT I want... finally. i reckon if there IS a place you could transfer to, you should do it. Theres no point of wasting your qualifications when you could be using them to persue your dream. I can't really think of much else to say since the tiredness is setting in, but I hope I'm making a least a fraction of sense.
