I think that's a very cool goal. If you ask me you've definitely made the right choice by pursuing your 'dream', however unlikely you might think it is to come true. Like you said, its getting into the industry that's the main thing. Once you've got you're foot in the door so to speak, then you've got a good chance of climbing the ranks if you're motivated enough. Heh, you probably know that already anyway :rolleyes: I've always wanted to work in the entertainment industry (as in film, animation, video games), but I've never quite figured out what I want to do for sure. I'm doing a degree in Multimedia Tech & Design right now and its a very broad course, so it should give me an idea of what specific area is most appealing to me. Although being an arty kinda guy, the animation, editing and effects aspect of things is what I enjoy doing best. Last year I finished my Fine Art A Level course, and I think I was the only one in my year who included an animation in their final project. But then again I'm very much self taught with that kinda stuff. So yeah basically I hope I'll be working on some big blockbuster movies in the special effects/ animation department sometime in the future, although that seems like a very distant reality right now. But I've got a few ideas for an animated film that I could start working on soon when I have the time, to help get noticed. You never know, we could both end up working on the same film one day ;) Woah, rambling :shocked2:

Yeah, same story here. He should have kept it real on the record, more is less in the case of that song IMO. And the unsynced beat near the end distracts me from the song itself. It's unneeded and rather annoying.

7:58pm. Trying to bash out some scenes for my animatic in Adobe Flash CS3, in for Friday. Its long and tedious, but the end result should be interesting. I could post it here for people to see when I'm done ;)

You guys should count yourselves lucky that you get that amount of snow, we never get that amount over here. In fact where I live, it hasn't really snowed properly for about 5 years. I miss the snowball fights! haha. The annoying thing is that it in winter the temperature always lingers at about freezing point, and not really below that. So at most we get hail, which sucks anyway. Although i can see why you probably would get fed up if it snows like THAT all the time.

I've never been drunk either. I don't see the appeal of it. Glad to see fellow non-drinkers on the board ;) Although its funny watching my friends getting hammered, haha.

^ Oh yeah i remember that, haha. I doubt it though, i imagine there would have been a lot of mouths to feed! I feel like whining too Chelsea, but I just don't have the energy. I'm thinking by friday this week its almost garunteed that we'll get some kind of report, seeing as its been exactly 5 weeks since the last P entry. And he said they would have it all sorted by then. I'm not saying it will happen for sure but it's certainly more than likely. I dunno, it feels like I'm kidding myself right now. I think I need to keep myself occupied more often.
