You know, that's a really cool idea! The slow-food movement is nice, but for people on the go, it would be great to have some other options. I know how it is on the road, and the choices currently available are definitely not good.. It would be a bit up-scale for most travelers - but in a big enough market, there should be a sizable crowd interested in this.. I know I would be one!! Now if we could just design a hybrid auto where the occupants have to pedal to keep the vehicle moving..;)

Long winters here had me thinking about ways to turn a wind surf board into a snow surf board, if such a thing does not already exist..:thinking: And I had given some though to an all-natural foam-board made from foamed re-polymerized lignin.. Also, I had considered a biochemical enzymatic method for converting wood waste into vegetable oil (hm.. if termites can do it, then why can't we??) - seems like this would be a better option than conversion to alcohol, due to lower energy of separation, and a more ideal auto fuel.. Your turn!:)

^^ Aw, comeon - we all feel like that at times, Carolyn!!:)^^ I was just thinking - well, maybe Steve's right - Russia's economy has been strong enough to allow the old power bases to grow again in Russia, and start pushing their empire to enlarge by classic tactics in the neighboring states.. but then I also wonder if, because the economy there has been so uneven, and pensioners and military personel have suffered, as well as many in the industrial sector, that there's support for returning to the older "systems", and this has fueled the cooling.

In reference to Jesus here: Being a mystery person keeps minds focused on the message, less on the teacher.. And xfrodo, asserting absolute knowledge about the gospels is like some perfect interpretation of a work of art - it cannot be done, as it's almost always incorrect in attempting to define everything like a cook book. It has many meanings, at many levels..
