  1. Sounds like he is a complete sociopath or a psychopath, unable to empathize with others. Frustrated, or unemployed, or radicalized by extremist beliefs and hawkers of those beliefs, the end result is extremely tragic and traumatic. My heart goes out to you, Ainsley.
  2. :stunned: I hope so too!
  3. getting organized to become more a part of it all

  6. Nick, I hope you have a safe journey home as well my friend.
  7. Nice artwork! I ran across something fascinating about the color Magenta, which appears in Coldplay's album artwork, always wondered why we perceived colours like Magenta and Brown, which don't seem to appear in the natural Spectrum. Brown is there actually as dark reds and such, but still a mystery to me as to how lower light affects color sensitivity in the eye, brain's interpretation, and where in all that does gray or white come about? The brain makes up the answer, deciding what to make of it perhaps... Something really neat to check out is this website: Magenta Ain't A Colour
  8. Good god, what time is it? That late??:laugh3: I suppose so.. TNP believes that when the sun goes supernova, we'll all be windsurfing our way out of the solar system, riding on the solar wind.
  9. Well you see the strange multi-colored web represents the sun going super-nova, in a few million years. The spiral represents the milky way galaxy, which we need to move a little closer to the center of to save ourselves from the exploding star we're currently orbiting. We have a little time though, don't panic. The neon green and red snail with blue background represents the spiral of human progress. It's better when we go ahead in time, the snail gets bigger, but requires more lettuce. Then there's the American legion symbol on Chris and Johnny's jackets, apparently they're either veterans of a foreign war, or bought some things in a thrift shop. The A-shaped antenna represents the power of A-shaped antennas to attract lightning. The hatchet X represents something we can't talk about here, so just use your imagination. The symbol on Chris's magenta T is of a woman running with chopsticks. And the other one, I really haven't a clue! Someone tell me! But the real key to it all is code in the bar code on the spray can that Jonny is holding. ;)

  12. Welcome to Coldplaying Aschall! :hat::sunny: Good song choices.
  13. It's nothing special, really. We are all unique gems in the treasures of the universe, each with bright facets and different colors and hues, together making the crown jewels of human understanding possible. It is our clear destiny to unravel the mysteries, to seek higher ground. When we make sense of things, then we advance, and the beauty of the mysteries keep us forever seeking, forever seeks, forever renewed by the waters that quench.
  14. That's not true - spaceship earth did come with a manual, but it was lost to the sands of time, and only deep thought has a copy of the manual, that, or the mice will want to extract it from us. Beware of the hyperintelligent mice! :P

  16. Beware of the unseen nature hidden beneath the surface. The beauty may mask the monster, which may spring forth when you least expect it. Plug your ears when you hear the sweet sirens calling you Odysseus, don't veer to close to the rocky shoals.
  17. Seattle is part of Canada now? Spokane too? Nobody told me, my country is shrinking! :stunned: Canada, the force from the north, they're taking over!! Sound the alert - the redcoats are coming! :laugh3: methinks we're all just people on a planet. Truthfully. citizens of the planet earth. The rest is just for fun - like rooting for a sports team, or romantic dreams of a bygone era. To govern is local, to be human is global. But I do love the Canadian flag - any place with a tree or a leaf on the flag rates high, and maples are poifect trees for syrup, the wood is par-excellence, and their shape is magnificent. For shade they are nice, and the winged seeds are fun to watch fall gracefully to earth. Canada chose well the maple leaf on the flag - I wish we had more nature in our national symbols, tho the olive branch is there, how often forgotten the symbolism of it is. Beautiful sites, yes indeed - the grandeur of nature we have no parallel in. Glad to see you got to see all those fantastic parks!! Lots of incredible breath-taking scenery I'd bet.
