^Haha, I know! Some sort of secret language, I assume? Hmm Oh no, I know about those umlauts! The s before the B was just a typing error and I used capital b instead of ß, which is, as I learned, equal to double ss in English, because I don't have the letter on my keyboard. The hardest so far is, like I'd said, memorising which nouns come with die, das or der before them. How do you even get to learn them?! They have no rule nor anything. :sad: Guess I'd have to work harder on this particular baffle. But I'm very much enjoying learning German. Such a cool language! :D

Hallo all! :dance: Hehe, so far I had like four German lectures and it's been going well. Though it's gotten tougher now with all those dies, ders, dems, dens.. etc that I have to memorise, ahh! :dizzy2: The comforting thing so far though is that the pronunciation and spelling isn't that all hard. And thank God for English for that. Still it's cool the way you guys pronounce things! My favourite word is Hausaufgabe hehe. I love saying it. But man do I get a lot of Hausaufgaben (Plural is with en! :D) that I have to do! :sad: Oh and what I found quite strange is the fact that I have to capitalise the first letter in all the nouns! If I ever had to a presentation or write an essay it would just seem impossible to capitalise them all man! Hehe Soo, random things I've learnt so far: Wie geht's?, Wie heisBt du?, Woher kommst du? Gut, danke. Ich komme aus Jordanien, Wo wohnst du? Ich wohne in Amman, Mein Vorname ist Lana... Well, I should go now. Gute Nacht! :D

Sooo, been quite busy with uni and I just didn't get the chance to post anything here. Now, I'd made somewhat of a draft of what sort of songs I might have in the mixtape before uni started and as I soon as get good quality of free time I'll start working further on mine. Regarding my partner, unfortunately I don't them that well so I can't really know what they might or might not like. And so I'm just gonna go with my instinct here, basically. And hopefully they'll like it and find it the least bit enjoyable. And for whoever is working on mine you could look at my Last.fm profile (link found in my sig). I like to try out new things so I recommend you go with anything you like and not to think a lot about what I'd like or not. I like good music. Whether it's pop, rock, metal, indie, classical etc. Anything. Have fun working on it! :cool:

@mrcool - Those Ralph Lauren cardigans are very nice! :nice: I think I should get a trenchcoat too. Maybe I'd get one when it gets a bit colder here. And come to think about it, I might need to get shoes to go well with it too. But hmm, what sort of shoes should work.. ? To note smth out, I don't do heels. Nope. And I don't think sneakers are a good choice hehe. -- Went shopping today! :D Got me a nice black cardigan, which I'm very very happy about, and a brown v-necked blouse of the same material. And a pair of black skinny jeans, not too skinny though; it fits just perfect. Now I know I've gone a bit colourless with these purchases but I just like to wear these sort of colours during autumn and winter, especially brown. I'll probably colour things up with a nice scarf, though. :nice:

Yeah.. they have that sort of cockyish aspect about them that turns me off, basically. Though I don't mind a bit of muscle, like some of the nice sportievies that are out there.. :happy: Still however, skinny and scruffy-looking guys all the way for me baby! :nice:
