yeah i saw that last night. i missed half the show since i was in class. i eventually got what was happening, but in the last minute my sister was asking me about dinner and then all of a sudden house is on a stretcher. what the hell...? anyway, great episode to end the season. they put it together really well. i was watching a special on coldplay where they were playing all their videos, and my mum came home while the scientist was on and said: "ai! that's the husband of paltrow right! what's his name? the guy that in something-play." "yeah mum, you mean chris martin from coldplay" "YEAH! that's him" few minutes later clocks was playing... "ai kathy! that band is on, something-play with gwyneths husband" and that was only the 2nd video shown lol it was a looooong hour lol ___ while in line at the cp concert with my sister explaining MTF: "...so the band are involved with oxfam's 'make trade fair' campaign which...[etc]" "yeah ok, go on" "...and the equals sign on his hand is a symbol to make a statement and publicise...[etc]...so yeah that's about it." "ok now wait, what does MTF actually mean? i don't get it...it's all too complicated...wait, i think the line is moving...no time to explain, maybe later"

i'm the first for you then lol i really like rock (many styles) and rnb, they are really different but i like variation. in fact i'm very ecclectic with my music preferences :nice: i don't just like this and that, but many genres although i don't particularly enjoy too much rap. jay-z is a whole other story :thumbsup: lol

EXCELLENT JOB NIK! the anticipation was intense and finally we know coldplaying's top 88 cp tracks. the final list is great, i would've liked amsterdam, shiver and warning sign and etc to be higher up but the list speaks for itself lol thanks for doing all this. it's greatly appreciated :thumbsup: :nice:

lisa should and shouldn'y do fix you. i don't want her to because she will not interprete it well, her singing style will make me cringe during her entire performance and i just don't want her to touch such a beautiful song. however i do want her to because once she sings it, it will expose her vocal weaknesses, the judges will give her terrible reviews and she'll get voted out - yay! lol

my eldest sister is engaged (save that story for another time lol), the wedding is mid-2007. because the sister line is: cyndi .. me .. cyndi will have the 2nd oldest as her maid of honor despite me and cyndi being closer. it's kinda sad but there is a general unspoken acceptance that we will all be a maid of honor for one of our sisters at one point so...it's not a HUGE deal but it still would've been nice...and you never know, a lot could happen between now and then :nice:

thanks for the album ratings...those are pretty interesting stats. great work so far with the song countdown. i'm keeping tuned in with the updates. my prediction for top 5: 1. the scientist 2. politik 3. amsterdam (my vote for no.1) 4. clocks 5-6. trouble/yellow ah well top 6 atleast.

i really enjoy robbie williams as a singer/entertainer. he's charismatic and got a great attiitude. i like most of his tracks and never go as far to say he's a bad singer, never, but rudebox is just ... whatever really. it's a miss for me. when i first heard of robbie it was on mtv asia on fresh (as in fresh new videos) and the vj said "and here's a new one from a british dude who will be big one day, just like his first release millenium..." and he was right, i loved that song when it first came out, thought it was great. i use to think he was a ladies man, arrogant and ego-centric but he is much more lol a few months ago i saw a documentary he filmed while on tour and it made me see him in much better light. he really is a great guy. go robbie!
