There is a new Arcade fire song coming up, called 'Lenin', which will be on an album of collaborations (Meaning, songs from many different artists put into one album). The same here. I think from the very start it was already pretty rude how people just dissed him without any rationality. He even bothered to post pictures to show that he wasn't kidding us... I thought coldplaying.com was a really nice place to discuss stuff abt coldplay's music but after what i've seen today...

I wouldn't be so quick to say that he doesn't have the EP. I have a feeling he's telling the truth.. Regardless, it's okay if you don't want to leak it. It's your choice. But there are a whole lot of people who are dying here to listen to the EP (myself included) so expect a lot of frustration from us if no one gets to listen to it soon. Just because he isn't going to leak the EP, doesn't mean we have the authority to be rude about it. It's his choice. I respect that. And I agree, what's with everyone? This is getting a bit ridiculous...

Haha I love both of them too. Actually, I like the whole Funeral Album! But if I had to pick the best few it would be those that i wrote earlier. =) No idea on the third album.. I hope it comes out sometime in 2009? Even if it does, it'll probably be around late 2009..

Anyway, if you've never heard of Jon Hopkins before, there's a pretty high chance you've heard a sample of one of his tracks in a Coldplay song (Namely, Life In Techicolor/ Life In Technicolor II) He does ambient music that's pretty cool.. Haha yea! and after that, once you finish both albums, check them out live in concert (Or on youtube) as well as their B-sides. They've got pretty good B-sides and covers. (Eg. The Guns of Brixton) The first song that got me hooked to AF was 'Wake Up' live at glastonbury 2007 (I think). I saw it on youtube and was blown away.. After that I picked up a copy of Neon bible and have been hooked ever since =)

Yea, I agree with Wingwl. Neon Bible is really good, but Funeral tops it. =) By the way, is it true that Arcade Fire has a new demo leak? Does anyone know anything about it?

I believe it is 'In a' not 'little'. If I'm not wrong it was written in that huge painting collage during the promo for Viva La Vida..

Is it only me, or does it sound like it could easily belong to the 'parachute-era' coldplay style? it's really really good
