Yeah you just made my point I think, Kelly:D It's not for any alleged health benefits - its to look better, right?. :inquisitive: Now I'm not saying you can't do it or it doesn't work...all I'm saying is that Gwyneth has a platform - and there a lot of people that think she hung the moon and would try anything she is advocating. Since its clear one of these "cleanses" landed her in the hospital I think it is very wise for anyone wanting to try this to contact a medical professional first to make sure they aren't going to do permanent damage to themselves.:)
