On the VH1 Top 20 Countdown this week, the host was saying something about Chris mentioning at the V Festival that their performance there marked "the end of soft rock". What does that mean? Will their next album be less spacy, for lack of a better word, than Parachutes or even AROBTTH? I'm terribly excited about it, though. They'd still be great even if they went into death metal. :lol:

Exactly. And trust me, that's not real punk. I doubt even half those kids listen to The Clash or the Sex Pistols or The Ramones or the Dead Kennedys or *real* punk bands. Those posers are morons, and don't deserve to say: "Wow, I listen to Avril Lavigne! I shop at Hot Topic! I'm so punk!" Pop punkers: shut up while you're ahead. Thank you.
