on the 27th- Supergrass and Morning Runner on the 28th- Interpol and Morning Runner sounds MEGA! :wink3: sorry to drag this up from the previous page, but...i'm going to the 27th gig, and i read "London Crystal Palace Athletics Stadium (27-28) (Morning Runner support on both dates, Interpol on 27, and Supergrass on 28) " and my source was http://www.nme.com/news/111677.htm from the NME magazine. i'm confused...ha, did you get your info from the official board?
  4. who are q and not u? also...do you have any idea of any recommended album or few songs to listen too, so i can hear before i go to the gig! Also, thank you very much for this information

  6. Gas_Man replied to Listen's topic in Coldplay
oh...i thought it was Interpol on the 27th, and Supergrass on 28th?
  7. it would be like 1 continuous gig. the only different, is Bono would yap on about God, and Chris would Yap on about fair trade :D *YAP* :dozey:
  8. right then!..well we have to find a link somewhere that will be broadcasting the gig!...get to work people :cowboy: ;)
  9. If I could find a place on the internet, that is broadcasting it...then i could record straight to my computer, and hope the stream is good. Then, if it is good enough, Ian may wish to host it?
  10. man!..6 replies up, and there's a Link...stop being so lazy!
  11. yeah, i can't wait!...i wonder who is supprting Interpol at the gig in April though..i'd really like to find out somehow

Michael Jackson - One Day In Your Life  :D One day in your life You'll remember a place Someone touching your face You'll come back and you'll look around, you'll ... One day in your life You'll remember the love you found here You'll remember me somehow Though you don't need me now I will stay in your heart And when things fall apart You'll remember one day ... One day in your life When you find that you're always waiting For a love we used to share Just call my name, and I'll be there You'll remember me somehow Though you don't need me now I will stay in your heart And when things fall apart You'll remember one day ... One day in your life When you find that you're always lonely For a love we used to share Just call my name, and I'll be there This song is among one of the earliest songs i ever listened too and felt sad about..i was so young, i didn't even think about girls...but, it was around the time that i had just learnt [as far as we know] once you die you never came back. And i found that news devastating.., i think i just thought about my family and how there's going to be some time when I won't see them. At the time, i used to think that it took me a couple of years to get used to it..but, i don't think i ever Have! anyway, those [and now thoughts of an ex girlfriend] are the thoughts that go through my head whenever i hear it. He has lots of excellent songs!
  13. if it's being broadcast at all by the radio station on the internet...[i don think the new songs would be though]...then, i could record it..., but on the site, i can't find a live stream :/
  14. i'm glad he's gone!...now lets get a few more going :smug:
  15. I don't really know much at all about films & actors...but i know i like him. It's great how he's bought a theatre in London and is bringing larger audiences to live acting these days
  16. i think the law should be, that we're able hold suspecting terrorists or people who are linked with the terrorists and any terrorist activity, for further questioning. But, the questioning should be regulated by someone, to check that it is all being done fairly. I watched a programme about a week ago..which showed of a guy in America, that was kidnapped and taken around the world, to a middle eastern country to be tortured, for information...they took him there so that it wouldn't be America that would have to deal with the consequences of kidnapping the guy and torturing him. That annoyed me a lot..and apparently it happens regularly. I think since the 9/11 attacks..the laws have to be changed...there's no way we can stay the same...leaving this country in the same vulnerability state that America were, we should learn from it! If it happened to us...there would be a national outrage, asking what we were doing to prevent such things from happening.
  17. ah you've missed out Jenjie...i'm glad people replied, i thought i was the only pathetic one talking about it  :D ...There was a Huge fire...that burnt down the pub and the coffee shop...and THEN...out of nowhere, Paul Robinson turned up..i was in the house by myself watching it, and i couldn't believe it haha...i thought more people would have been talking about it, but i guess not. 'Susan told Karl that Izzy was gone. Everyone went to Lou’s Place for a drink, to let Karl think in private. He was shocked when Izzy returned and said that she still loved him, she just didn’t want marriage.Susan was disgusted to see Izzy and Karl back together. Boyd had a run in with ‘psycho’ Gus. An unknown person set the pub on fire. The patrons rushed out on the street as the pub, Coffee Shop and hotel burnt. The buildings exploded in flames. An old resident of the street, Paul Robinson, observed unnoticed before disappearing into the night. Sindi was trapped. Stu went in to rescue her as the others watched. In the meantime, Steph had slipped out to see weak and sick Charlie, who gently passed away after saying goodbye. Lyn and her brother Michael thought that Steph had smothered Charlie with a pillow.'
  18. i'd like to discuss more about this topic [good topic]..but what exactly is the new laws they're trying to introduce
  19. i hope he's been banned...but, i'm sure he'll find some way of getting back on. He seems to have so much time for the board, and oozes the need for attention so much, it's unnerving. Although..i'm sure, just by saying that..i'm in someway going to receive negative replies from his pettifogger 'friends' :snore:
  20. AHH!!...i had to skip passed that picture... :cheesy: i'm seeing them in April, and don't want to know any of their lives plans. But...ALSO..just got the news, that i'm seeing them AGAIN :D ....when they support COLDPLAY  on the 27th...isn't that going to be a dangerously arousing event. breathtakingly electrifying. eye-popping, groovy, hair-raising & impelling. Hopefully impressive & intoxicating, Most definitely intriguing & lively, has the potential to be mind-blowing and moving. A sensational show, stimulating to the bone...the bone of the spine-tingling sort. I hope it's Zestful :hat:
  21. Doves, Supergrass, Elbow, Interpol, and Morning Runner are among the bands that will be supporting :) this is exciting... also..speaking of Kings of Conenience - X&Y was recorded over the past year at studios in the UK and has been produced by Danton Supple (Morrissey, Elbow), Ken Nelson (Badly Drawn Boy, KINGS OF CONVENIENCE) and the band. I can't wait for 23rd of May :D :cheesy:

    :lipsrsealed2:
  25. ah yes, Kings Of Convenience is something i would like to see...."I'd Rather Dance, I'd Raaather dance than, Talk with you" but i dont think they'd really be fitted for a stadium gig. i'd love to see them at a small gig though. I guess it could be maybe Echo & the bunnymen..., i'd like it to be!
