has anyone actually heard the latest Full album? i don't like it at all, the recent single, i think, is the best song. I thought it marked a change in direction to the band’s relatively middling last two albums, but J.E.E.P was more of a change, but for the worst. 100% agree, apart from those too songs my favourites. I find it impossible to pick favourites, it always depends on my mood at the time. sounds like his brain was pretty messed up with. i never understand when things like that manage to happen to famous people...with the amount of people who are around them, being paid to look after them..yet it still happens :/

oh God!...that's really awful..surely someone should have had the sense to stay with him. I think there's a big leap from depression, even from manic depression, to someone wanting to scoop out an eyeball. I can understand that someone can go through a certain frame of mind to want to carry out some sort of controlled body harm, but taking out your eye is something i've never ever heard of..i don't think he has long left on this earth!

The Court found that he had violated copyright law by helping netizens to locate forbidden files. In other words, by linking, Bruvik was assisting in an illegal act. An appeals court earlier had found that he did not violate copyrights because he did not host, or "publish", the files, but merely made reference to sites where the files were already accessible. Those who had actually published the files are the ones liable: "The Court of Appeals finds that copyright infringement violating the rights of the copyright holders were committed when the works were made accessible for the public by those who uploaded the files to an open network of computers." Bruvik could not be contributing to an illegal act, because the illegal act had already been committed when the files were published, the court reckoned. He merely assisted in downloading, which is not illegal: "Bruvik did, however, contribute, by publishing his links, to playing or copying the music files from the uploader's web page. But this must be regarded as contribution to the act of the downloader. Such downloads for private use are not illegal, and cannot justify a claim for damages according to the requirements in the Copyright Act, Section 55." do you mean, that your compuer is saying that you have a virus?...but there's not actually one there, it's just the configuration. because if it IS that..then maybe, disable your anti-virus software program(s), and try using it then...and once you've used it for what you need, put them back on again. hope that works
