an easy way to learn Strokes guitar or bass parts. Is to work out what key the song is in, and then if you don't know it already, learn that major/blues scale. The Strokes never go out of those, so all you've got to do is stick to those scales :)

that is why i find it funny. You see these clips of him doing all these things...and he's just a little funny monkey look-a-like. and his laugh, makes me laugh at the thought of it. And he walks funny too.

ah i loved it. it freaked me out when the car ran over his girlfriend :/ I also love the soundtrack to it...not just the 80's songs, but the piano music is excellent, really atmospheric and eerie, but euphoric in some ways

yeah, that is one of the songs i like, although, i do think it's a bit overplayed

i just think they are an average band with a couple of good songs..., i don't hate them in anyway...just don't understand the attention they get :)
