i studied classical piano for two years..., and it didn't really help anything..., then i started teaching myself piano, and found progress 100 times easier and quicker. But i do like alot of classical music...i like alot of the music George Martin does...also, the Planets, Ravel (he's my favourite) I also think there is alot of Classical music OVERRATED too

i think you're not educated enough about music to say most those things... But...you should put some of your music on the internet, and let us hear it...? I'm actually interested coz i too play the guitar/bass (bass only a bit, i don't have one though), piano, Harmonica and Drums...Honestly..i'm not even joking :) are you in a band?

i dunno really..depends what your band wants to do...record, or play live :) We're going to record, and then play live. But different for each band i think!

hmmm...i listened to the album once right through...and, i do like it, but the thing that seemed to stick in my mind was his lyrics, as opposed to the melody/guitar parts/chords, stuff like that, that i normally listen too and like. Not saying Lyrics aren't important, or that i don't normally listen for them. it's just weird to listen for that (for me) on my First Listen. I don't think it's as good as The Smiths, (Just not the same without J. Marr) but i still like it..and i'll probably have another listen tomorrow :)

hmm..well, I suppose it's different for every band, but, i would look locally for an amp...probably just buy a second hand one, coz it doesn't matter at all, aslong as it sounds good. I used ebay for mics, and i still use them today, and saved myself loads of money...bought a 16 track on ebay and use it for my recordings. i just go to good/well known, websites that review equipment, and then look for it on ebay over a period of time. although, if i find out that YOU are outbidding me at 4:00 in the morning....i will be forced to hunt you down :sneaky: :kiss: :P
