My least favorite Coldplay album... And the real downside is now waiting years for another... VLVODAAHF>MX>X&Y>AROBTTH>Parachutes>GS As far as songs, and I'll rate them keeping my favorite Coldplay songs of all times as 10's 1. Midnight - 9 2. A Sky Full of Stars (I love EDM so have no problem with the song) - 8 3. Magic - 7.5 4. AIMH - 7 5. O - 7 (from here on I don't really even care for Chris's melodies, which is the biggest shock of my life!!!! Cause he is my favorite melodist, but not here) :( 6. Oceans - 6 7. Ink - 5 8. Anothers Arms - 4 9. True Love - 3 This is the only album that has songs I actually don't really like, that didn't grab me at all, at least on 2 listens, where as every other time, one listen has been enough for me to fall in love with their music..

Hmmm, I think this is my least favorite Coldplay album of all.. Which saddens me cause I was really enjoying the ride, I love where Viva and Mylo headed.. this time, it's not the production, it's not the sounds, it's just the songs themselves, they did not surprise me in any good way.. I really love Midnight, and enjoy AIMH, ASFOS, O and Magic, the rest of the album just doesn't move me.. :(

I like the song, but I don't think they succeeded at making it their own, it truly sounds like a remix of a Coldplay song. I love electronic music, hence why I feel like with this song they could have blended both worlds a little better, for me it sounds like just another EDM track.

I wonder what's the point in keeping ASFOS so hidden, if its their best song, and they seem to know it! But also I wonder, how come they didn't make all the other Ghost Stories songs be as good as ASFOS, it's apparently such a stellar one that it overshadows all others..

The one reason I was hearing this for, Ink and ASFOS and they dont play it?!?!?! I hate when radio stations cut things short..

Can't say I liked it on the first listen. Honestly, guess I was again expecting much more from them. I'm bummed that so far only Midnight has really amazed me. I feel like there's nothing exciting on the new stuff, very little surprises.. Maybe I was spoiled with Viva and Mylo, my 2 fav Coldplay albums. (And it has nothing to do with over/under production, it's just the songs and their arrangements)

I am with you. When they first played MX songs in the German Festival, it was so freaking exciting, the new songs felt lively and triumphant.. The new ones now feel as if they decided on purpose to drop the catchy hooks, and stay low key..

All in all, I found this song boring. The chorus sounds amateur compared to every other Coldplay chorus..

You worded this amazingly well, cause I agree with it 100%. I actually have never disliked a Coldplay song, ever! Cause regardless of genre/style, Chris's or Jonnys melody always stands out, but what happened here. Hard to believe this is really what they chose out of everything they wrote..

Loved Jonny's lead here.. Thought the song would pick up, but that's ok, none of the new ones seem to really pick up..

This one didn't do it for me, sounded lazy. All these new songs seem to be undramatic, toned down.. But this is the first Coldplay song that doesn't move me at all.. :(

It was an amazing show, their best show I've seen so far. I'm exited to see them again tonight. Where have you been sitting when the crew finds you and upgrades you to the front row? Did anyone spot the band after or before the show by the way?

Also what is the deal with cameras, my ticket says no cameras allowed. Will security try to take my camera away if I come with one (small digital camera)?

Do you guys think we have any chance at running into or meeting the band somehow? What would you suggest? I'd love to meet them, but I would have no clue where to wait, and on some of their blogs mention how the band exit immediately after the closer sometimes..

This is wonderful, they should release Mylo Xyloto Acoustic, the whole album but just acoustic versions of it! My heart would melt like ice cream in the summer.

Probably my current dream setlist! Hope it sicks..

Not a fan of the video. It's just a weird rave and people making out around coldplay, though the effects are cool there's no depth to it. Oh well. Still love the song.
