I'm not sure if there's already a thread on this band. If so, please merge it. :) Anyway, anyone else like Blondie? I'm just starting to get into them, so far I have their last 3 albums and a greatest hits, and I've put a bunch on order. They have a really classic sound.

I get annoyed at these threads, too, but I try to ignore them. There's not much going on in Coldplay's world right now, other than touring. I'm sure when a new album drops, a lot more people will be discussing the music.

Man, that's a bummer. :(

I've seen some pretty big bands in small venues, and it's always a really special experience. I hope Coldplay end up doing that for their next album tour (although, think of the rush to buy tickets! :o )

There are lots of non-instrumental concept albums: The Who - Tommy Pink Floyd - The Wall Genesis - The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway Tool - Lateralus Radiohead - OK Computer To name a few. I'm sure Coldplay would do a good job with a concept album.

1. Nirvana: Why this band is reviled, I have no idea. They made terrible music. 2. Green Day: They're okay, I guess, but I don't see them as musical legends. They're just a plain band making bland music. 3. The Rolling Stones: Not all of their music, but everything up from 1985 or so. 4. 3 Doors Down: Another band I just don't get. All their music sounds the same. 5. Pain Of Salvation: I'm not sure if anyone here has heard of this band. They're constantly compared to Dream Theater, but while I love DT, I just can't get into this band. It just doesn't click for me.

My stomach hurts and I feel tired. :sleep: Other than that, good.
