I got a brilliant package from CookyMnstr today... a lovely New York winter scene on the Christmas card, some amazing ornaments for my Christmas tree and lots of chocolate. Pix to follow later! Thanks, Noelia, I was touched by the thought you put in to it (and I actually got a little misty-eyed when I opened it :embarassed:)

Having the guts to go and meet a group of strangers in an Italian restaurant in Manchester... they were wonderful people who I now call my friends (and they got me to the front row of two Coldplay concerts :D)

I honestly think most people will have sent their cards, and they probably just forgot to tell us. Also, I think if people recieve one, and they haven't already sent theirs, that would be the kick up the butt they needed. Don't panic, people, I'm sure many are just delayed because of the heavy volume of mail at this time of year :)

I do apologise, Mich, if my awful voice made it on to your recording of Bulletproof... I tried to stop myself when I saw you were recording but that song is just too damn catch :P

I arrived minutes after Guy left :dozey: Sorry! I spent an hour on Friday night at a complete standstill... the M6 is a lot less dangerous when they don't let the cars move :P Eventually, Mel! All the delays gave me plenty of time to think about my favourite ep of DC :laugh3: Oh dear, I feel like such a bad Coldplayer for not tweeting yesterday after seeing you guys asking if I made it there ok :embarassed: Basically, I had a really rough week at work, and a stressful journey down - even though I cut the journey in to two parts to supposedly reduce the hassle - I arrived feeling very tired and grouchy and just didn't have anything to say. Chris & Mich were doing an awesome job with the vivacrew tweets so I figured I'd just be repeating what they were saying. I didn't feel at all witty or interesting yesterday and didn't want to bring the mood down :( Anyway, thanks to our amazing Chris & Mich I got to see this very special show. I'll post the best of my bad pix and video later and will get round to writing a review, just dropping by now to say, yes it was amazing, yes I am truly appreciative of how lucky I was to be there, and yes I am blessed to have met such wonderful people through this board. Coldplay rock and so do their fans!

The postman tried to deliver a packet today but no one was home... hoping it's my Secret Santa! First day of the holidays for me tomorrow but I'll be up early to go and pick it up :dance:

I actually forgot about it briefly today, then I snapped back in to it. I had a truly awful day at work, and one class could see that I was not full of the joys of Christmas, were trying to cheer me up... so one pupil (and his name is Christopher, I kid you not!) said "Hey, Miss, how many days to Coldplay now?" Love that kid!

Urgh! I had a truly awful day at work :( ... then I got home and found a small package waiting for me :wink3: ... it was a free sample of teeth bleach :cry: Pris, bearing in mind it took over a month for your postcard to get to me, I'd say the mail from Mexico to Europe is travelling slowly at the moment... I think Santa forgot to put yours in the reindeer sleigh... it must be travelling by snail :P
