I did think it was probably submitted a while ago. I reckon it's true that every single mail gets read, but not necessarily quickly. Although one of mine got answered less than two hours after I sent it... but I think that was really unusual!

Good question! I'm not Radiohead-obsessed, but thought I'd answer anyway :) Right now I'd go with AROBTTH, but like you, I think I'd sway back and forth on it. I agree with Parachutes being better than Pablo Honey (hate that album!) And I'd listen to OK Computer over X&Y any day of the week!
