Now I was thinking is there any way of extracting Chris' voice from the only POC performance (Rock am Ring) . Muting rihanna's voice on the original or accoustic .. and then throwing Chris' all over it ! Now , without meaning to be disrespectfull towards Rihanna, I'd love not to hear her on it. Im not really familliar to audio software and all , but does anyone know if it can be done ? if so , I think I'll give it a try.

I cant really do it for Coldplay songs , I all like or love them but top 5 I like least - Chinese sleep chant - Paradise (the chorus) - Every Teardrop (Coldplay doesn't need to cover melodies, they're best at making wonderfull ones themselves) - POC ( without rihanna and played accoustic it would be one of my favorites) Up in Flames (like it , could have been better, too repetitive) I listen to all of them, but these are the only ones from the guys that i think could have been better , or better replaced by other ones :rolleyes:

I like it but the chorus is what i really dont like about it, the repetitive up in fleeeehhhmmmsss . Could have bee better because i like the 'theme' / message the song is trying to bring.

Well for this tour I'm pretty fullfilled , seen the MX show 3 times now in Holland :) All three magnificent in their own way. But MX the setlist, album and the whole show is all pretty ''bigroom'' oriented imo. I hope they'll release some quality coldplay songs before the era is over that don't say , we're Coldplay and we want to conquer the world with our hits. But give you chills like Moving to mars, amsterdam , see you soon... hm I could go on and on :)

I don't know , I think they'll be on a break. There are no tour dates for 2013, I hope a few songs will surface but i dont know if they wil... Ahrg I could do with a great B-side/EP though. Like glass of water :)

Ahh it's so good gets better and better every time. I hope the Tabs for the newer songs get made sometime soon :)

Yeah , in life we often expierience pain that we .. feel in our heart/brain :) I think alot of mumford and sons tracks are about figuring out how to fix things that went wrong just like the old coldplay songs . It's human and thats why i like it . I'd like more songs like us against the world from coldplay too, songs that feel like the band are really talking to you and tell the truth of what they think about life. This album is about that i.m.o :smug:

hahah , that's actually my favorite line in the album untill now. Nice and Methaphoric. I agree sometimes there's a lot of religious reference , and im in no way religious. But I do like it in songs sometimes because it makes a song sound more of a story sometimes. A lot like coldplay does in .. Us against the world, U.F.O , Moses, God put a smile upon my face, Cemetries of London, viva la vida .

Really , i think his lyrics are what make it , sometimes simple but his own style and refreshing, like : ''Hear my voice , i came out of the woods by choice, shelter also gave the shame but in the dark I have no name ''. And as far as melody goes , they are as brilliant as Coldplay are. I'd give it a 9/10 and to be totally honest I prefer it over MX, because it has no meh songs like Every teardrop , POC and Paradise. It doesn't beat the other coldplay tracks though :)

Hope coldplay get inspired by this and do new songs like Till kingdome come and Spanish rain . Hopeless wanderer goes beyond what i love in music !
