I'm thinking Leftrightleftrightleft and The Goldrush. Not sure why, they seem like B-sideish track titles.

That's what I've been thinking... the 'New Edit' tag on all iTunes copies of Viva La Vida has made me very suspicious that it's different to the album version.

I am well aware that the album has leaked. So could someone tell me if the album versions of these songs are any different to the single versions we've had for a while? Thanks.

Doesn't really surprise me to be honest. There are too many songs that we know about that aren't on the album. Let's see: Poppy Fields Leftrightleftrightleft Rainy Day Famous Old Painters Glass Of Water Prospekt's March Postcards From Far Away Lukas The Goldrush Now My Feet Won't Touch The Ground Obviously some of them will be B-sides to VLVODAAHF singles, the rest could probably go on a another album. Not to mention, there are probably quite a few other songs that were recorded at the same time that we don't know about.

I could ramble on for pages and pages, but I'll keep this short: 6 days are nothing. People in the US as a whole expect to get everything first all the time, and most of the time you do, espcially with movies and video games. Think about the rest of the world once in a while. As a videogamer myself, the European and Australian continent have experienced countless waits, often lasting several months, for certain games.

Okay, check this out: On Coldplay's official Youtube page, look what it says in their profile: "Coldplay's official YouTube profile Coldplay have been a band since January 16th 1998, when we lost a demotape competition on XFM in London. Our type of music is very heavy soft rock. We are about to release our fourth album: Viva La Vida or Death And All His Friends" Does anyone else find "Viva La Vida" and "Death And All His Friends" being on two seperate lines just a little suspicious? ;)

Funny you should say that, I've actually tried there, but I noticed that a few songs were missing (eg. Brothers & Sisters). Also, some of the song pages have no information other than lyrics. Basically, I want to know about these two songs: Ladder to the Sun - is there a non-live version? How You See the World - the difference between the two, and if they have non-live versions? Thanks. :P

I guess you could call me a 'late adopter' (I've been a fan for a few years now, but had never heard/owned Parachutes)... :smug: Could someone please provide me with a list of all Coldplay songs that fit these two conditions: - are not present on one of the three studio albums - are not live recordings. I think that would include all B-sides + a few others, am I correct? Also, if there's a particular thread/post that would point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate that too. Thanks. :P

Well, I'm looking forward to that Life in Technicolor video being posted, I'm pretty confident that it's the one in the top-left corner (yes I've already seen it, but it should be better when it's 'legal' to have viewed it).

Yup, definately been over 48 hours. I'd send them an email, although I can't seem to find one for the Australia iTunes Store. :P So let me know if you get a response and what it says if you do.

I'm still waiting for my apology email from Apple containing credit to purchase the 256kbps version... Stupid Apple.

I've been trying to pre-order for the past hour (Australian iTunes Store)... *throws tantrum* :P

I've taken an interesting screenshot from VH's page on iTunes Australia... Take a look at the attached image... Would someone care to explain this? Every other Coldplay song/album seems to come up as Alternative...
