Omg you guys are soooooo lucky. Enjoy it cause you are going to be able to see them really well. They are extremly nice too! I wish I was going to Toronto. Too bad the little session they did here was only for a select few. Travis played a really kick-ass 6 song set. Sing Re-Offender The Beautiful Occupation Quicksand Love Will Come Through Why Does It Always Rain On Me? And they talked a lot with the crowd too, between songs. I was only standing 4 or 5 people from the stage. I'll put up some pics later tonite. And I got to meet the band. I told Fran that he should have kept his red hair (like in the More Than Us DVD) and he said that it was too much of a hassle and that too many ppl, especially footballers were doing it. Great mini-gig. Maybe I'll see them at the radio station tomorrow afternoon. Too bad I don't have tix for the show.

Once again....another band I wish came over to Canada. I have a fondness for The Holy Bible and Everything Must Go albums. Tsunami and If You Tolerate... rock on the My Truth... album though.

I bought Fever To Tell 2 or 3 months ago and it's a good listen. Karen O's voice is raw energy and it's really what makes the band stand out from the rest of the pack

Well. they're one of the bands on NHL 2004, so they're always in the background when I play the game...

I only got 2 wrong... yeah....!

Now if they can just make their way to Canada.... :/

Both my friend and I saw our first Radiohead concert, and we thought it kicked ass. I personally thought they played a bit too much from their new album, but it was good to hear the classics in full force near the end. Wished they played Street Spirit or Lucky, though.... :angry: Other highlights: -That annoying "Marry Me Thom"//"Play Pulk/Pull" sign that blocked our view every now and then. -Way too many people smoking weed next to me... -The two people that collapsed on the pit, one behind me.. and one that made the band stop singing, and made Thom ask to get some help for that girl... -Idioteque, Paranoid Android, Sail To The Moon, Karma Police and Everything In It's Right Place kicked ass!

Survivor Africa and the Survivor from last fall were the only ones that really couldn't sustain my interest... The best ones were still the first two, but Amazon and the current Panama editions have been fairly good... I've been more of an Amazing Race fan in the past year or so. :lol:

I only buy used CDs or better yet CDs from liquidators! This CD store in our local mall is closing down in a few days, and I've bought a lot of stuff from them in the past month, with their massive clearance sale. :lol:

I remember being in rez and ppl wanted to watch something else when it was on... so I actually woke up at like 4 am later that night, just to watch it in it's entirety.... :D :P

That sucks.. cuz I couldn't get tickets the first time around and I was so angry. :angry: Then the blackout occured, the venue got changed, and I was lucky enough to get pit tix at the recent public sale.
