They're all asleep. I don't drink this heavily that often, so I feel better staying up and waiting until the room doesn't spin when I lay down to fall asleep. I think I am fast approaching that time now, though.

Don't get me wrong! On occasion I love to take a shot or two...but tonight was just ridiculous. Day two almost complete. Doing okay so far. I would admit that I was a little irritable several times today, especially after meals, though. Thanks for the kind words and support. I really wanna quit. I just have to get through this part first. Baby steps, right? ;)

I drove into the city to my best friend's house tonight. It was sunny and beautiful right up to the city limits when I see ahead of me, covering downtown Chicago, was the blackest, darkest clouds I have seen in a little while. It was weird to go from one extreme into another like that. I wish I had taken a picture.

For me, it depends on the day. Therefore, I did not answer the poll. I did want to relay a few lyrics from my absolute favorite song ever. "You seek up an emotion and your cup is overflowing You seek up an emotion sometimes your well is dry." I know that on the days that I feel the cup is half empty, there will always be a day that the cup is half full. Those are the days that are worth it. :D

Yeah, I find myself rocking out to Coldplay on occasion. It always starts with goosebumps, especially on the songs that build toward a "rock out" moment, like halfway through White Shadows. Gets me every time.
