It's not a concert DVD, don't confuse. It's a movie about MX Tour. This is different. Also there are many different opinions what tracks should be included or excluded. All in all we should be thankful they at last release something official. For previous tours you can easily find some broadcasting for TV, it's not a problem. Also they are "shorty" too.

Nope. The point is for producers 90 minutes show better than 120 minutes. Because it's easier to sell to wide audience. This is the very same reason why album is only 40 minutes long. It's more solid and energetic. And youngsters nowadays hardly can listen something long and twisty.

Perhaps because of PR reasons - no one need long boring gig except fans. This film would be the mix of the best possible concert footage and artistic presentation. U2 3D only 85 minutes long. So it's not a surprise.

I will buy DVD version and download BR 1080p rip. Imac can't play BD.

Well, I wasn't good at predicting MX release, so maybe I would be again dead wrong, because this era marketing absolutely different to previous releases :P But I really want to see this performance, let's hope our boys and producers would be a bit greedy in the end :wink3:

Checked wiki: - MX Tour is the shortest after Parachutes, only 85 gigs vs Viva 170 vs Twisted Logic 136; - MX Tour lasts 13 month vs Viva 21 month vs Twisted Logic 22 month. And new concert gig will be released in November - how many people can be attract after broadcasting? Also add 2013 MX tour calendar. I suggest we could see another 40-50 gigs next year, maybe US second leg along with Europe, with couple of gigs in Latin America and Japan. This tour is a goldmine for everyone involved. They can't just cut it short like this. I also remember how before the tour they said something about expansion in East Europe. So I keep faith, because I f*cked up this year gigs, being too lazy buying tickets months in advance. I really believe with Live 2012 release they could announce new tour dates, which makes perfect sense.

Boys should make more gigs. I want to go on MX, but can't buy tickets, everything sold out :-(

21 is a phenomenon for sure. But I'm wondering would it have impact on boys? Look, there are no hip-hop or other popular crazy sh*t a-la Jay-Z-Rihanna-Lady Gaga. It proves you shouldn't be in trend with others, just make a good music. Although I like MX, but I guess boys could produce better music.

MX are going to sell 5-6 millions overall at the end of 2012. Very good, considering concept approach and mixed reactions from fans. :-)

It could be half acoustic thing. Considering how LP5 turned into electronic-acoustic album. But LP6 definitely should have more stripped sound, because that's the only logical direction they have after MX.
