  1. I noticed the ongoing discussion for Twilight in "What Are You Reading Now?" and was about to post in there too before I noticed this thread! I love Twilight too! Go figure. I've been reading them since I was 14 (when Twilight first came out) and cannot wait for Breaking Dawn and the movie! Speaking of which, the DVD for Penelope is supposed to feature the world premiere of a scene from the movie but I don't know if it's worth buying. Maybe I'll rent it first--anyone know if it's any good? P.S. - Thanks for the scans, tanya41803. Can't wait to pick up my copy! :D
  2. Love and Other Disasters - 10/10 I absolutely LOVED this movie! I rented it last night without knowing much of anything about it. As I was reading the summary and trying to decide whether or not I should get it, I noticed Gwyneth listed under the cast (she has a small cameo appearance.) I took it as a sign. It's the first romantic comedy I've seen in a while that I actually thoroughly enjoyed and can see myself watching over and over. Brittany Murphy is adorable, just utterly genius as the fun-loving "Jacks". I definitely recommend it if you enjoy that genre. It'll keep you interested and make you laugh. It certainly left me with a smile on my face. :)

  18. I was going to start a thread like this but then I found this one. Usually, though, you name two people and the next person has to connect them and name two people of their own (as far as I know.) How was this being played, anyone follow?

  23. Ian Curtis I was born on August 23, 1970 and named after the word meaning a naural stream of water. In 1989, I was nominated for an Academy Award and have four other siblings who work in the entertainment business to this day. Unfortunately, just less than two hours into Halloween in 1993, I collapsed in Hollywood in front of a popular nightclub and later died of drug-induced heart failure. The Red Hot Chilli Peppers wrote "Transcending" in my honor after my death. Who am I?
