I've checked out their website and discovered that I recognized 'better than love'! I'll keep an eye on them even if I'm not a big fan of this 80's revival trend...but I recon that their music video are very esthetic.

The Borgias is the new project of Micheal Hirst (screenwritter and creator of The Tudors, as well as screenwriter of the Elizabeth movies with Cate Blanchett). They are at the filming stage right now but the project will feature Jeremy Irons as the main character ^^It will be aired by Showtime, just as the Tudors. Yep! and that's kinda cool! I love twitter for that :) I guess I'm lucky cause a lot of my favorite arists either do twitter (Alex Kapranos, Nathan Followill, Mika, to name a few...) or blog on the band website (Gary Lightbody for exemple posts long messages about almost everything from the band latest news to what he's reading/seeing/listening at the moment or just personnal stuffs). I prefer that at reading interviews.

He tought it was great for girls like that to assume their image and he wrote the song. I agree. I guess they both share a strong unique universe that you can identify them with. Plus this mysterious charismatic aura...they look like priestress while performing...almost in 'transe' sometimes..it's weird...but I dunno how explain it better :lol: Anyway, it's quite unique to witness and feel it... Her voice is so powerful, it just grasps you and you want to scream and cry at the same time...No need to take cocaine when you have Flo :lol:

@Perrine: and their mom helps out too! Well first, when Henry met Anne, he was 40 and her about 20...so Here, JRM is much younger! Plus, when Henry made his pact with king Francis (which was in episode 1), Brandon was already married to Henry's sister (which in real life was Mary and not Margaret AND she was first married to Louis XII, king Francis predecessor) Here, they 'mixed' the two sisters to just have one and since they already put Francis on the show, she couldn't have married Louis XII, so they make her marry the king of Portugal... That's Henry's illegitimate child Henry Fitzroy ^^ 4 seasons but the show is finished now, there will be no season 5.

You should, it's an amazing show :great acting, wonderful costumes and pretty much accurate on historical facts even if they took some liberties with the chronology line or some characters. You haven't missed too much, in the first episodes, basically: Henry is married to Katherine of Aragon (from Spain and aunt of Charles V, the emperor). He is +/- happy with her but she can't give him children anymore (due to age gap and lots of miscarriages). Wich bugs Henry who's OBSESSION is to have a male heir (which is stupid since the crown can be pass to a girl in UK, which was not the case in France at the same time). Anyway, the greedy Boleyn family having noticed this, put Anne (Boleyn's daughter) into Henry's arms to seduce him and become queen. The trick is, Anne refuse to sleep with the king if they're not married (because she knows he uses girls as kleenex and she want a 'secure' position). And that's why Henry is so eager to marry her...She didn't like him at first, but it will change. Now you can enjoy the rest of the show :)

The all album is addictive :rolleyes: you should check it out (if not already) ;)
