  1. Totally agree. But to me, a person like you who can see humanities and philosophy like that, and be able to understand it is an intellectual while science people are just normal to me, but amazing at the same time. I don't really know how to explain it in the right way. Also, I have trouble understanding emotional crap, thing that can be related to literature. Not that I don't enjoy reading a good book unrelated to science.. Blah, I'll do it.
  2. Yeah but my reasons are deeper than that too. I dunno, I'm a romantic and repressed person.
  3. Wait, you mean like, correct activation to get the right sexual sequence like: XX and XY? Yes, it's XIST. OH GOD I LOVE YOU :stunned:
  4. I'm going to look for that, would be lovely to read something like: Padme: But R2, this is forbidden, Anakin loves me.. R2: ~ Padme: NO, STOP! Don't leave :( R2: ~.. Padme: Just kiss me R2 <3
  5. No, I meant random sex with random people, or being drunk. I dunno, people become animals.. Best example I have is my brother. And he disgusts me when he comes home at 6 am after some "party".
  6. It is, but I personally find it annoying to read. All the gene sequences, and the language is more complicated. I guess I need to get used to it.
  7. Oh nice, we started with how genes get fucked up, types of mutation and normal DNA processes. It's still a long way until we start with syndromes and diseases, but I learned last class how exactly Down syndrome gene gets altered. Chromatin X, I read it but didn't understand it that much, all I could understand is that it's only visible on women and that only one X chromosome gets activated while the rest get inactivated. Also something about Klinefelter syndrome kids having it present while Turner syndrome girls don't have it.
  8. LOLZ, I just never understood that philosophy/literature related crap. I'm a science person :(
  9. Forgive me for turning this into a Star Wars/Star Trek thing. I shall go kill myself in a basement :( I always thought C3PO is gay.
  10. Oh yes, and people love to say "I have needs". Yes, totally right. It's in humans' genes to play with each other's sexual organs. But still, I guess I just don't like meaningless sexual action. OH GOD, I'M CHEESY.
  11. But Star Wars has Natalie Portman, R2D2, Darth Vader and pew pew :( I agree with bad acting though, Hayden Christensen is baaaad. edit: AND CHEWBACCAAAAA
  12. Ah hey, today new episode. I'll download it tomorrow :nice: OH GOD.
  13. Are you having it or you had it before? Big pain in the ass, I barely understand that crap about chromatin X.
  14. I can't believe I'm nervous because of that stupid class about speech that I don't give a fuck about that makes me sleep and want to kill myself viciously with my scalpels before going to biochem.
  15. You should count yourself damn lucky you aren't studying human anatomy from 3 books. I want to mix my ashes with yours and be spread around Lady Gaga's plant.
  16. I'd never buy a Viva era guitar.
  17. To me, a good book is one that can make me feel thrilled and excited to continue reading even if it's 5 am and I'm falling asleep, my eyes red and noting that I have to wake up early. A book that flows, a book with a story/subject than I can actually picture in my head. WOAH, anatomy <3
  18. But it's not literature per se. I think there's the difference, between just books and lit.
  19. That's new for me. I'll tell my very unlikely to exist children to cremate me and sprinkle me around some trees. Then, everytime they walk by those trees they'll think: Mom is there, there there..
  20. I've seen better looking men than Chris.
