I find this explanation to be very likely regarding why its taking so long for them to announce anything if they are planning for stadium tours in the US this summer. Scheduling around dates when stadiums in major areas can be used must be very difficult considering the sport season and I'm sure they have to put a lot of work in to book a venue once they find a date and book all of the hotels and everything before they can tell us its definitely happening! We need to trust them and be patient and I'm sure we will be rewarded with dates as soon as possible. And, no, I'm not going to ignore your valid opinion so there!:P

Another day ends without an announcement of USA tour dates:cry: But there is always tomorrow! And I envy all of you that have Internet connection with your iPod touch in school. My school locks all of their connections so i can't get in making the anticipation build up until I can get home to be disappointed again.

What I love most about the two of them is how utterly sincere their relationship is. You can tell when chris asks if he could come with him that he seriously would stick with jonny and would be lost without him. It just makes you want to go awwwww!

I have this bad feeling that we're going to be waiting for news for a long while...its rather depressing really:( However, I know Ill never be able to stop myself from coming and checking if its been announced tomorrow or the next day or the next day or the next day... And I'll ignore your obvious lack of taste in sports teams:P

no no no come to New York! Though our baseball teams didn't win last year we have more than enough history of winning to make up for it, our football team won the superbowl last year *coughand will win this yearcough* The city is more than enough reason to come on its own, just think of the broadway shows you could see and the shopping, the thousands of different cultures, the museums! And of course MSG, in my opinion, beats all other places to see a Coldplay show!

9 speed of sound was my first coldplay song. I remember hearing them before that but never connected for some reason until after this song.

"I've been checking this post everyday and the coldplay website, i'm going crazy too! I hope they announce something soon.." Same with me. Every day, as soon as I get on the computer, I check here to make sure I haven't missed an announcement. I'm pretty sure that all US Coldplay fans are biting their nails and rocking back and forth in a fetal position waiting for news!

Ive loved Orlando since his lord of the rings days and have a large poster of him on my wall but just knowing that he knows GUY BERRYMAN makes him that much more awesome. Its sort of funny, too, because if you told me a year ago about this I would have thought it was cool that Guy knew ORLANDO not the other way around...if that makes any sense outside of my brain:thinking: and here is my first attempt to post a picture *crosses fingers* *sigh* I love his smile...

Hey! What's this guy doing adding another verse to this great song! Oh well before that little surprise it wasn't too bad a little fast and nowhere near as good as the original but I liked the singers voice it was very smooth...thanks for sharing!

It was tough but I had to go with yellow:)

I was playing the board game Apples to Apples(it's a game where you rotate who is the judge and the judge picks a card with a category on it, nice or disgusting or mean etc., and the other players have to pick a card from the hand they have been dealt that they think goes best with the categories. The judge then, without knowing which person goes with which card, chooses the winner and the first person to win 5 categories wins) today with my family and when it was my turn to judge the category was "best". So my family chose their cards and gave me the pile and to my surprise I had to choose between butterflies, parachutes, London, and yellow...and to think I believed they knew next to nothing about my love for coldplay!:)

And I am also listening to this... It must be a technicolour day!

Perfect perfect perfect! I never even thought of it that way until I read this but it goes so perfectly! That and the metaphor idea about it being the "perfect moment with your children in the park on a bright summers day" I believe are what they are trying to get across with this song.

For a New York concert they said it would be ok on a school night, but right before summer in May I have AP exams and in June I have finals and therefore those times are out of bounds for a concert even if it is Coldplay:angry:Though I'm not above begging ad nauseam...

Is this true? OMG if this is true I will DIE of happiness. This was the first tour my parents were going to let me go to because in their eyes I am (at 16) finally old enough, but the only concert in New York was the free MSG one that I didn't go to:cry:. Hopefully, this comes to be. I know I'll be crossing my fingers and praying to every higher being out there for this to happen and it's during the summer so there is no chance of it being a school night!

heh, I thought I was the only one who thought swallowed in the sea would be a great addition but apparently I'm in good company:) That and of course shiver and maybe adding on Rainy Day I think would make the show that much better.
