I hear you, ivectc....I just don't get God Put...either. Also....I have one more to add to my list that I forgot....A Spell A Rebel Yell. Don't care much for that one either. I will say this, though. I used to dislike Daylight, but then after listening to it repeatedly, it started to really grow on me and now I love it! The bass line is killah! It's hard for me comprehend anyone who dislikes The Scientist, Fix You, or Gravity. God, those songs are gorgeous and pure works of art! I seriously STILL cry everytime I hear Gravity! It's so incredibly beautiful that the only response my body can muster are tears.

Granted, the man sort of has made a mockery of himself over the past 10-15 years, but the fact remains....his music is timeless and he is talented.

Count me in as one of the people who love X&Y. I already had Parachutes and AROBTTH when the latter was released....so I was ready for a new album, and I just really loved the new "feel" of the X&Y album. I still have to rank Viva La Vida above it, but it comes in 2nd for me. A lot of folks around here prefer AROBTTH as their best album, but for me, there are quite a few songs on there that don't really strike my fancy (A Whisper, God Put a Smile on your Face, A Warning Sign). I still love that album, too, but there are more songs on X&Y that I love listening to.

That's the one I like listening to a lot, too!

I was kind of disappointed that they didn't play Yes in OKC back in October. :/ I really hope they play it this summer, though! That's one of my faves on Viva La Vida!

I confess that I'm STILL bummed about the seats I ended up with for the MO Coldplay show. :(

For the time being, I have all the albums on CD, including Prospekt's March. I'm getting ready to collect all the singles on CD, though AND since I now have a record player, I'm going to get as many vinyls as I can get my hands on. But, right now...only 5. :(

I LOVED watching the footage of Chris running through the crowd! Hey Chris?!....any chance you'll run up to row WW on the left side all the way at the end of the row at the Maryland Heights, MO show?! That would sure make my day!
