Lore still has a very valid point though, in my opinion. When Nick's awful nightmare has come to an end, could we then please discuss Lore's interjections? I will clad my anger in silk and honey, I swear! (Unless the eurgh-person enetrs that discussion, that is.)

I agree with you Lore, I suppose it wouldn't have made things more dangerous if there had been some fact-bound explanation as of why, or at least a short hint that there will be an explanation for the means chosen here as soon as things are sorted out. Things could be handled more openly (without giving away too much). But this never seems to be heard or understood from above. Which feels bad, because it's not a ridiculous pledge (and never has been, imo). It would be cool, if this would be discussed already. I would participate and happily dig out old big fat frustration and actual anger. Today's case is so extreme though, I just hold it on the mods' side, that they were irritated and felt like they want to help Nick, and forgot about the rest of us a bit, at least in the beginning.

Let's keep our fingers crossed then! I think I've read that he's got contact to his friends here via other websites, and I think the mods took this into consideration. And we're not arguing about Nathan and the eurgh-person. This is is an entirely different level, right? An alledged killer of 6 people, creepy old women on the internet ( :disappointed: ), lies and dodgy-ness and hardcore crimes. And Nick seeming to be a tad passive about it.

as much as i thoroughly disliked ( actually i was mightily pissed off :P) being left in limbo too on this site before, today i have a gut feeling that it might be really good to just trust the mods. whatever turns out of this, i thought it's wise to force nick off here (for his own good), so he puts more effort into getting his ass out of this mess, e.g. call crest's hopeline, etc.
