EVERYONE is affected by propaganda! some of it is so effective that you dont even notice it :stunned: I know! I never said "I'm not affecetd by it" or anything like that; it's just some people is more susceptible than others! and I know about the tv aswell, I can pretty much tell the difference when I had tv and now I don't and how by brothers were dying for a Toatl 90, or any staff Ronaldinho uses and now they just stick to football. If it is to say this, I shouldn't post (but I am anyway); I just hate American footbal (especially because you called it 'American')... I can not figure out how is it played, or If I do, I ca not understand what's the fun in that (and it's even worst when you want to watch television and the only thing you find on the sport section is the Superbowl or re-transfered games of Baseball :dozey: ) really, I can understand how football (soccer for you) move masses, how Rugby can do the same thing, how Ice Hockey (and hopefully hockey aswell), but I can not understand how so many people watch that!

No I haven't called them first because I havent got the number and second because with our 6 hours difference it's quite hard to catch them (yeah, I'm lazy) and I've found most offer of about 150 to 250 euros for ONE ticket and I want 2 and it's so overpiced that I feel cheated If I pay that sum! (besides I don't even know for sure If I'm travelling, I'm just trying to buy the tickets now in case I travel and they are sold out)

Why finding a ticket for a u2 show, through internet, below 150 euros is so hard? (and in august) am I looking in the wrong places or will I just have to pay huge amounts for seeying Bono? (I know this should be in another place)

well I've got quite big Marrionettes, they are about a 3 year old kid size! but they do not look real at all...... I made them :lol: (I looked in several toy' stores first though)

Why do I have to live at 16 hours in airplane from anything civilized? (Europe) I would pay any pesos for seeyign them live here, and theya re just not coming! :angry: (and my sister calls me every 2 days reminding me that she's got tivkets for Zurich and Paris and probably Berlin aswell :dozey: ) and the worst part is that probably only another south american, asians, african or mexican will share the feeling with me

same than in Brazil; some people celebrate it, but it's not an official thing. The goverment offers a dinner to the Chinese community and there are chinese neighbourhoods, so they do stuff but not non workign days or so. You do get free days for the Jewish New year, Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur and you also get permission for Ramalah and that's it. No more special permission (without counting all the Catholics religious feasts)
