Wonderful writeup. Great pics! Ordinary cameras were allowed? I'm sure it was all worth the 14hr (?) flight! U started queueing in the morning right? What was the q like later on, like 1,2hrs before gates open? Possible to get near-ish the stage?

How's security at Etihad? Can I bring my om-d camera with changeable lens (but it's a small lens so it's not that obvious)? What about food and water?

There's nothing wrong with One Republic... which is why I'd rather have this song performed and written by them instead. Coldplay should be in a different league...
