Mine is pretty good quality but will occasionally skip or go lower quality. Not complaining, overall it's excellent. Sucks I'm only 140 miles away though :(

Well since 'pop' is just short for 'popular', of course Coldplay are a pop band. There are just varying styles within popular music so I can see the argument from both sides. Coldplay started off as more of an indie-pop band and now they are mixing in different pop styles into their music...

LOL, no problem, it is kind of confusing! There is the Austin City Limits TV show taping (which was tonight and will air on New Years Eve). Then there is the Austin City Limits Festival which Coldplay headline tomorrow night (but the festival itself runs through Sunday) and you can watch that online tomorrow.

And on how you managed to get in last minute!!

I would presume (and hope!) only one release by Parlophone as it's only available through Coldplay.com and it says you'll get the digital version October 24th. It isn't released until October 25th in the US. I wouldn't think they would make two different pressings just for each record company...

Pretty slim. Since it's a TV taping, I don't think they would allow cameras or mobiles. So we'll have to wait until NY eve for this show I think.
