darnit...wanted to answer the last 2 questions on the Pub Quiz i haven't answered & apparently it's already over. well done, Distant Echoers!!! looks like we placed 4th with 32pts...not too shabby a finish, imo. the top team won with 34pts, that's just 2 more than us. :D btw, whoever has an iPod touch or iPhone, there's a free Snow Patrol app available on the iTunes App Store. some nifty features like access to the SP.com forum & creating your own paper cutout snowflake & access to view fan photos of the band or the band's own photos (apparently Snow Patrol have a "Band iPhone"??? pity Gary hates Twitter tho... :P) & you can even upload your photos of the band from the app.

i tend to take a lot of pix while watching a concert too... :P & at a gig i went, my friend & i were a good 10-20 rows away from the stage & she's rather short so she didn't have a good view at all. but she still managed to get some glimpses of the action on stage while i took photos...cos of the LCD screen.

you're a mod...you shouldn't be hiding. :P

what's his other albums? the copy of O i have came with the B-Sides. but otherwise, the only other album of his i have is Live from the Union Chapel cos i saw it going cheap when browsing around at a music shop one fine day.

apparently she was busy hanging out with Gary of SP by then...or at least i read something along those lines somewhere anyway. cos i remember thinking "so she only performs with the guy she's dating at the moment?" :P

i can still remember the start of the movie like it was just yesterday i watched it (which it wasn't)...the song...Jude Law...Natalie Portman... :)

heh...1st thing on my mind when i saw him in that shirt was "Punjabi Shirt!!!" :stunned: (i kid you not!) i quite liked Repeater Beater (or Feeder...according to the setlist). but enjoyed Zookeeper's Boy & Snow Brigade too. :) EDIT: hang on...i've settled on Special as my fave live track! :D tho i think it falls under my "Songs That Don't Quite Grab Me When Listening to the Album Version, But Sound Oh-So-Awesome Live" yeah. i take waaaay too many photos at gigs for my own good... :shame: even my camera batt ran out towards the end, but i had a spare. :P it helps that he was rather photogenic...& easier to photograph than Jonas. :P oh, no...that's not mine. i did try asking since i was so near the stage, but another girl got the setlist. i just asked to take a photo of it.

don't worry...you're not alone in feeling disadvantaged. :disappointed:

*lol* Anna!!! that's the same thing that happened with me & Damien Rice!!! :D & i heard 'Delicate' used on an episode of House M.D. recently also & that started the cycle again...

i think it's more likely they'll just to their own thing as in record their own albums themselves w/o any music label to control them than go to another music label who'll only want to sign them to an x years/albums deal.

heh...why you hiding there, Min? ;) difficult to take a photo of his face tho...i keep getting just his chin. *lol*

here's the setlist for Bristol... sorry it's so blurry...kinda taken in a hurry. the girl in front of me was lucky enough to get Bo's setlist & i asked if she could let me take a photo of it (so that i have a record of what songs were played for when i wanna go look for the songs :P)

yup. sure did. but there's loads of rubbish ones too...am sorting thru them now. whereabouts did you end up anyway? the room was fairly empty when i first went in & i'd actually gone out to get a drink from the bar & buy the No More Stories EP before going back in again.

the box set's still available to order... :wink3: & i think Girls Aloud are only big in UK. cos up til the Coldplay gig at Wembley, i'd only every heard 1 song from them...not that it was any good anyway, imo. :P

seetickets the address on their tracker is my current Bristol one, but i'm just a tad antsy that they may have sent it off to Malaysia instead. only good thing is that cos it's seated i can still get them to re-print, if needed.

hey, Kite! would you believe 2nd row with a nice big gap between the 2 people in front of me? :D i only got there like 10mins before the doors opened cos i left my place later than planned...or at least the guard said "10 minutes" but it felt much longer.

Mew were great on Monday!!! & i'm saying this as a non-fan, in all honesty, cos i'd never really listened to any of their songs til that nite... :) think i have a preference for their rockier/faster sounding songs like Repeaterbeater, Hawaii. heh but i didn't like the support band tho...never did catch the band's name. i felt their songs were rather boring. tho the Sideshow Bob hair guy behind me during their set was all into their songs...& annoying me with his big hair & arm getting in my way. luckily he moved away from me during Mew. also passed by the tour bus on my way back, but didn't linger cos i had to get back to my assignment. :P

& mine still aren't...i do hope they didn't screw up & send it all the way to my previous address in Malaysia! :(

& my copy of Up To Now has finally arrived today!!! SQUEEE!!! :D i saw on the SP.com forum that apparently the Bradley Quinn lithograph packaged in the box sets are different. but i quite like the one i got anyway...even if it seems like the guys are going for the moody rocker look in the shot.
