is there like some technique to how you hammer on the string? cos all i can manage is a dull whimper of a thud most times...particularly on the G, B, e strings. :shame: ...loving 'Older Chests' right now. :D

actually, she hasn't upgraded to Firefox 3.5 yet. her browser's still on 3.0.15 anyway, this problem shouldn't be because of an older Firefox browser & i'll echo winnie's suggestion to re-install the Java & Flash plug-ins. another thing to check, if you haven't already, is whether any of your media players (WMP, iTunes, QuickTime, RealPlayer) may have been reset to be the default player for FLV files or streaming media in general.

i'll be in Victoria Station on Friday evening...not sure what time i'm heading down to London tho. & it's a bummer for me too, cos i won't be in UK even on the day of the gig. :(

that's what i thought too...tho when i try to look a song's genre up in Wikipedia or those mp3 tagging tools, i get a whole assortment of stuff. e.g. Daft Punk = Euro House, Fatboy Slim = Big Beat .........me = :confused:

well, the reason it's a clearcut rip-off of 'What I've Done' is cos they are both linked back to Transformers. & 'New Divide' was specifically written for the movie, so guess they used 'What I've Done' to keep the theme consistent. love 'New Divide'...& love 'Minutes To Midnight' too. it sounds more "mainstream" than the other albums, but there are a few good tracks in there (Leave Out All The Rest, Hands Held High). my only beef with it is there's less "action" from Joe Hahn in that album. :( 'Meteora' is still the best from LP for me. :D

i like some of Nickelback's songs, but i would never ever rank them above U2 or GnR or Depeche Mode or Kasabian in a "Best of 2009" list!!! :shocked: & All-American Rejects are good, especially live, but to be above those acts too........particularly the old guards. then again, this is the site that somehow thinks that I've got a Coldplay song called 'How To Be Dead' on my playlist. :dozey:

yeah, i've always thought that he looks like he gets really into the song when he's singing...kinda like he's all high on the song. & he does seem to like his vintage graphic tees, doesn't he? haha even showed up for the Q Awards in one with the Kellog's cereal mascot(s) when everyone else was dressed up in suits! :lol:
