Firstly, I don't like to compare bands because every band has a own DNA. Of course there are always some influences and in this case it is clear that Radiohead had a slightly influence in Coldplay, however there are other bands which had a bigger influence on them. Fur sure its not a copy, the sound of the two bands is to different, Radiohead is more rock-y I think. But I have to admit that Coldplay develop the same tendency: They also try to envolve their music and to break out the ordinary rules and borders of music. Radiohead is definitely one of the best bands in the world - musically, and its not a problem at all that Coldplay see a inspiration in them but its not a copy!

Really, A Rush of Blood to the Head is such a beautiful song. Outside its cold and stormy/rainy. I listen to it in row...timeless perfection!

HLH was brilliant yesterday in France! Better with every time they play it. Great Job!

So suprising for me to hear all the reviews... I really enjoyed the show, for me one of the best Coldplay-gigs of all time. Especially the new songs (Major Minus, Hurts Like Heaven, Us against the world) were better then any time before. Great improvment! The boys seemed to be full of energy in my point of view, they had lot of fun. For me, the only thing which wasn't so good was the crowd. And btw I really love Coldplay that they play most of the time. I was in Berlin to see U2 and it was so boring that Bono talk to the crowd after every song for minutes about god, the bad things in the world and so on... -.- However, they guys play often the songs in row and this is what I love, because I'm there to hear the music and to see the guys playing. Yesterday I had not the feeling that they hurried. But thats only my impression.

Crazy situation: Not often was the band better then in France yesterday, but the crowd seemed to be bored and shitty. The guys were full of energy and joy, no matters which problems they had.

Hm I really like the structure of the new songs which are not as easy as In my Place, Scientist etc.

Really, I'm so in love with Hurts Like Heaven. Can't describe it, its not a desperate passion as for songs like Yellow or Fix you, its more a warm and bright feeling inside which makes me smile all the day.... beautiful.

I love the new sound of LP5, the guitars sound brilliant. I don't think that they should bring back the piano, thats nothing new and I don't want to hear the old stuff again, but these sentences are boring as hell for me. Unfortunately, there are some people who wants to hear Parachutes and so on again. :( But ok, your opinion.
