I LOVE it when there is a secret story behind the songs which shows a certain developement or is similar to some social situations. It makes it more easier to create nice lyrics and its always better to hear the whole album within a context than just song after song...

Why always so sceptical? If the boys think this electronic voice works better on the song?! You had never heard Charlie Brown with such a voice but you know that you'll hate it with some effects at this point?! Ok, good, your opinion, but that seems ridicolous! I'm really sure that there will be some effects and I'm curious to hear a live version of the song. Wait and see, than consider it as good or bad. Thats my way.

Hm ok. ;) I really like the voice of Chris in MM and in general I like this studio version very much after some listenings. Now I repeat it all time and can't stop! I'm in love with this song, altought it is very different to everything before.

I voted In my Place but there were so many songs which creates such a warm feeling inside. Fix you, The Scientist, ENL, Life is for Living, Shiver, Yellow...

Guys, really, my last night was incredible awful (not only because I didn't see Coldplay live) but its amazing how these four men improve my mood so much with sings like Yellow, In my Place, Shiver, Everythings not lost, Fix you, The Scientist etc. As I saw the whole concert today again I often had some tears in my eyes. Thank you Coldplay for sharing your masterpieces with us! Sorry, but I felt that I have to say these words. ;) PS: Did the crowd sing along ETIAW? I was focussed on the brilliant laser show!

@foxeh These guys are ridicolous, really! Everytime I watch their analysis I have to laugh. They considered the Coldplay performance at Rock am Ring as boring and generally bad. So, please, don't give them attention.

Honestly, I personally don't want to compare Coldplay songs. Nearly all of them are great stuff and its a matter of your personal and emotional situation which you prefer. So I can't rank the songs clearly. I love Moving to Mars and it is a great song! So, for me it would be a shame if it won't appear on LP5, but if it really a B-Side it will be defenitely one of my favorite numbers!

2011 was epic! Really!

Yeah but Moving to Mars includes so many little details which makes the song as great as it is for me and they can't be included into a live show. So I am totally convinced that I will always prefer the studio version, but who knows? :P

I will. I really look forward because it was a awful night and I feel quite depressed at the moment, consequently I hope that Coldplay @ Glastonbury will improve my mood.
