  2. Thanks, Violet! :D I didn't want it to end. Michael will definitely have an amazing time tonight.
  3. Water for Elephants - Sara Gruen The Hound of the Baskervilles - Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
  4. FLORENCE WELCH IS A GODDESS. At least, to me she is. :dazzled: I saw her and the Machine last night, and they did a fantastic - FANTASTIC - performance. Flo's voice was crystal-clear, and the power in her voice was so impressive. She also did a short acoustic set of I'm Not Calling You a Liar and Hurricane Drunk (which I loved). They played a new song called "What the Water Gave Me". Quite a heavy song, which started off with a pulsing drumbeat, and in a minor key (I think). Sadly, my memory fails, so that's all I really remember of the song. :shame: At one point in between songs, Flo ran over to Isa (the keyboardist) and gave her a hug. :wacky: I couldn't keep my eyes off her; she seemed so into the music and performance. The only complaint I have would be the overuse of the strobe lights. :dizzy: Maybe that's just me. But yeah, there's my not-very-good-review of my first concert of an amazing songstress and her band.

  21. You're kidding! :( I'd be pretty furious. But yeah, I'd say Muse is the better option for now, since Coldplay will (hopefully) start a tour sometime soon.
  22. I voted for Charlie Brown, but I really, really like Major Minus too. ETA: I haven't listened to Princess of China, though.
